After opening up our assigned room we found 4 dead bugs on the floor. It was immediately reported to hotel staff and management took a look. They brought one of the bugs out to us trying to explain that it was a beetle taking shelter after they recently had bushes removed from the landscape. They didn't seem shocked or apologetic that these bugs were in the room and almost put out when we wanted a different room. The second room had a slight musty smell and was damp. The tv stand, the nightstand, and the bathroom door all had been chewed up. I understand that this was a pet friendly room and we were staying with our dogs but I've never seem rooms in such poor shape before. There were some positives. Outside of the management not seeming to care that there were dead bugs in rooms being assigned to guests, the front staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the water pressure was good in the shower, and the AC unit worked really well. Overall I would not recommend staying here and I will certainly not be back in the future.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very welcoming. The room was perfect it felt like home to us .We will definitely be back to stay. If you have kids they might enjoy watching the airplanes taking off mine did and he is a teenager. He thought cool

The hotel is in the heart of where you want to be before you hit Knoxville which is like 25 minutes away! It’s sorrounded by restaurants and coffee! I will definitely stop by again!

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here. I’ve always been impressed with the hospitality, friendliness and the good & clean conditions. It’s across the street to the airport, next door to Starbucks and there are several restaurants that are walkable of the hotel. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious! I’d stay here again for sure.

Very friendly staff, easy check in clean rooms, the best pillows and very good breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Located next to the airport for convenience. I would definitely suggest staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!

Other than a slight hiccup in personality, the check was ok. I got to my room which was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and settled in for my 2 night stay. Ashley at the front desk was absolutely lovely. Excellent customer service and always a smile on her beautiful place. I felt very comfortable staying here. Alisa
