Jan Theun en Ria hebben aan alles gedacht: een heerlijk ontbijt, mooi ingerichte kamers, een lekker zwembad, overal gezellige zitjes en een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Boven dat alles bieden ze gastvrijheid en gezelligheid. Echt een aanrader!

We booked 7 nights stay at El Refugio and when we arrived were warmly welcomed by Jan and Ria (the hosts) and offered refreshment. They had the time to chat with us and learn about our interests in the area and how they could advise us on places to visit. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and comfortable and we loved the many different areas to relax in including sunbeds all of which give a fantastic view of the area. The sunsets from here are magical and you will have some of the best views in the area if not the best. You can access refreshments including snacks, soda, wine and beer through their honesty bar and you have access to free water, coffee and tea throughout your stay. We enjoyed our stay so much and Ria and Jan were great hosts and have the best balance of ensuring you have time to relax and enjoy the accommodation and be available when needed. Don't hesitate to book.

We waren hier al eens geweest in 2010. Maar wat een verrassing! Heel hard gewerkt aan mooie kamers, tuin en zwembad. Ik kan alleen maar in superlatieven spreken over deze locatie. De B&B, de kamer, het uitzicht, de tuin, het ontbijt alles maar ook alles klopt. En niet te vergeten de fantastisch uitbaters. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Proficiat Ria en Jan-Teun met jullie prachtige B&B en voor jullie aandacht voor alles.

We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd bij Jan Theun en Ria in El Refugio. Alles is tot in detail verzorgd. De kamer was schoon en sfeervol ingericht, de tuin is goed onderhouden met prachtig uitzicht en elke dag start je met een vers ontbijt dat met zorg wordt klaargemaakt. De eigenaren voelen goed aan wat de behoefte van de gasten is waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden.

Spending time in a B&B is more then the Bed and the Breakfast. This place goes beyond the Bed (actually very good beds) and the Breakfast (which is also perfectly served with adequate variation). The location, the very well decorated rooms, the swimming pool, the numerous quite places, the privacy, the food (tapas are great)..... and above all, the hospitality of the owners. TOP

Superschoon Super Mooi ingerichte kamers Heerlijk bedden Mooi beddengoed En handdoeken Gastvrije eigenaars Jan - Theun en Ria. Heerlijk ontbijt met verse producten . T Zwembad , Diverse gezellige zitjes, Heerlijke koffie De goede wandel en eetgelegenheden tips van Jan - Theun en Ria . Erg rustig plekje om zeker tot rust te komen Zeker de moeite waard om Nogmaals terug te keren, naar deze mooie B&B alcaucin EL REFUGIO . Een AANRADER!

Een mooie B&B met geweldige kamers en erg gastvrije eigenaren. De kamers zijn erg ruim en de rust die je kan vinden in de mooie tuin en het zwembad is bijzonder. De eigenaren verzorgen een persoonlijk ontbijt en hebben veel tips over wat er te doen is in de buurt. Je zit vlak bij een erg mooi natuurgebied en niet al te ver van de zee.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Ria&Jan für eure wunderbare Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben direkt über die Refugio-Seite gebucht und uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Refugio strahlt eine tolle Atmosphäre aus, bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool mit dem traumhaften Ausblick ins Tal war für uns das Highlight. Auch die Anfahrt, obwohl etwas abenteuerlich, ist problemlos mit einem normalen PKW zu bewältigen. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!
