The Alcala pension is very well located and pleasant.
Huge parking lot opposite, perfect for the night with a rental car.
Beach 300 meters away and restaurant nearby.

No lo recomiendo para nada, no solo por lo sucia y anticuada que es la habitación ( nos encontramos cucarachas, chicles pegados en una mesilla, el sofá roto, polvo por todos lados…)sino por la pésima atención recibida por parte del dueño y recepcionista. Nunca nos habíamos encontrado en una situación tan surrealista como esta, pues a pesar de ofrecer una habitación que deja mucho q desear se ha comportado de manera muy irrespetuosa afirmando que estaba fumando en la habitación. Al decirle que se equivocaba contestó de muy malas maneras, llegando a faltarme el respeto. Tan mal lo hemos pasado mí acompañante y yo que por supuesto hemos decidido abandonar una estancia que no llegaba ni por asomo a nuestras expectativas como alojamiento y que además, se nos ha faltado el respeto y puesto en evidencia en la calle, ya q esta persona nos persiguió gritando y armando un escándalo. En resumen la peor de las experiencias que he tenido. Para olvidar.

For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb !
Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect.
Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower.
Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job.
I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony

L’endroit est bien situé et la chambre est propre. Mais payer 40 e la nuit pour une cellule sans douche personnelle c’est trop. J’espère que les prix baissent hors période scolaire. De plus, l’établissement est très très bruyant et cela ne semble choquer personne .

A basic but very clean room. The fridge was useful. A small balcony with views up and down the street. The bed was comfortable. A single small drawer for clothes and hanging space. Table and chair for balcony. Spare blanket. Excellent location for local beaches and good fish restaurants. The room was great.

Estupenda experiencia. Recomendable 100%. Alojamiento sencillo, muy práctico. Cómodo, limpio, ubicación genial, fácil aparcamiento. Trato muy familiar. Calidad/precio inmejorable. No lo dudes, si no quieres lujos, es la mejor opción.
