The hotel is nice! Very nice front desk, good breakfast choices, and amazingly clean. The beds are super comfortable, as are the pillows. There are lots of restaurants close by too. It’s also very close to the balloon fiesta. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Big room and great price. Family of 5 and we had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette area. Clean. Beds slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. They do have a type of egg, meat and then waffle maker. Coffee was good. Nice outside area to eat. Little store to buy snacks and drinks. Pool was nice. We utilized it every day. We stayed 4 nights and we're told upon arrival that housekeeping is every 3 day- but they came once and changed out towels. They did make it known if we needed anything just to ask. We were happy overall and we would stay here again

This is the second Townplace Suites in Albuquerque that I have stayed at for multiple days without housekeeping. This is for a suite with 5 people. The garbage fills up quickly. There is never any advanced notice, just no housekeeping. The north location, which was my most recent stay, did not have our room ready at the 3 pm check-in time, either. I used to love Marriott, but it's not like this is a discount hotel rate. I'm paying more for less.

I can be finicky about hotels, and I recommend this one! It's in a safer area of Albuquerque, near I-25, restaurants, and business parks. The desk attendant was prompt and helpful and honored my request for a room not facing the highway to cut down on traffic noise. I can be a light sleeper, and I experienced no noise at this location from the highway or guests. The hotel is newer and the public areas and rooms were in good condition. There were no odors, including no strong cleaning chemical smells. Bed was comfy. Room well-appointed for longterm stays with two hanging closets, laundry basket, and ample drawer storage for clothing and office set-up. There is a large desk, and a table fitted under the desk that you can fully pull out as an L or to use as a table next to the bed. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, dishwasher, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker (12-cup with basket filter) and sink. Dish soap, paper towels, coffee, dishware, silverware, basic pots and pans, and utensils were included. You can also borrow some items from the hotel on request, like a slow cooker or rice cooker (see photo). We took advantage of the outdoor pool in the evening. It was well-maintained with towels stocked. A tad chilly at first, but not too bad. What else...amazing water pressure. Wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Free breakfast was adequate, though it would be nice to have a carafe of hot water handy for the oatmeal packets. Otherwise, there is an egg and breakfast meat option each morning, as well as waffle maker, cold cereal, and breakfast breads. And of course, coffee! One final thing: I missed that an iPad was wrapped up in the bedding when we left. Within 30 minutes, the hotel called to alert us. The iPad had no pass code, but I've seen no signs that any info was stolen. I very much appreciate the staff's honesty! Next time I'm in Albuquerque, I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately I felt the need to write this review. The room we were given was great, I would say for the room the experience would have been 5 stars. But when it comes to the staff dealing with issues they created I’m going to give them 0 stars. I pre booked this room online, once I checked in the man at the front desk said he needed a card to charge for a deposit/damage fee. After checking my account the next day of checkout I found he over charged me 180$! I immediately went to the front desk to figure out what this charge was for. I was met with a young woman who told me she was not sure why I was charged that amount as it should’ve only been a $20 charge. And that I should be getting a full refund. After a few Business days I called the hotel to confirm with them about the refund as I had not seen it in my account yet. After calling nearly 15 times I finally got ahold of someone, once I did this person was no help. They said they had no record of that charge in there system at all. I’m confused how you can “lose” record of you charging me 180$. I was told hopefully I will get it in another week but they don’t know. This is ridiculous and I’m very disappointed in how they handled this situation. MAKE sure you you check for false/ extra charges when staying with this hotel.

The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Patrons are quiet. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to request a room facing away from the busy highway: the truck vibrations and emergency sirens woke me up several times. Breakfast is very good.

I booked this hotel because of its location close to a restaurant I wanted to eat at. Room was nice and was really for someone staying multiple days. Small kitchen and a nice working desk and table. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work while I was there. At checkout I mentioned it and they took $40 off my bill.

Last hotel on business visit to New Mexico. VERY VERY GOOD. The hotel is new and comfortable. Very Clean. But BEST OF ALL was the staff. So Enthusiastic. The minute we walked in the door. Everyone wanted to help. We stayed here for three nights on points. That didn't make any difference. The staff was terrific anyway. No charge for parking. No charge for helpful smiles. Felt very safe. We so much appreciated the atmosphere that we left the room staff a big cash tip. Will definitely stay here the next time, instead of the residence inn near the airport, that made us feel as though we could get mugged at any time.

I was at the hotel today working with my colleague that came to NM to work with me. I was in the lobby waiting to meet with him. I decided to order a coffee before settling in to wait for him to come down. Jennifer was the Batista there. I ordered iced coffee and mentioned that I couldn’t do dairy. She searched and found almond milk. I want to thank her for going out of her way to assist me, especially with my allergy to dairy. It is very much appreciated. Great customer service which is slowly going away. Thank you kindly.
