Really good. It is a hotel with a good location and a kitchen, so you can cook. It's all heating and cooling. Breakfast is also delicious. There is also a large mart close by.

The location is near residential area and is peaceful and quiet. Our room and balcony faces a not very pretty lot but it didn’t matter so much as we weren’t in the room much of the day. The room was clean and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils and appliances. the sofa bed sheets had some hair which was not too pleasant.
On one of the mornings, the electricity went out for 30 minutes but luckily it wasn’t too hot at that time.
As it was September, the hotel was fairly quiet most of the time although the front desk told us they were fully booked.
There were supermarkets nearly so it was convenient to get food and drinks, and there is a couple of very good Portuguese restaurants within walking distance.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes ravis, très propre, beau, ce hall avec les plantes qui montent jusqu’au dernier étage c’est trop chouette. Personnel très sympa, la nourriture top, on a pu goûter leur cuisine locale.

Ik heb samen met mn zoontje van 13 een weekje in dit geweldig hotel genoten! Het appartement was in 1 woord super: zalige bedden en een volledig vernieuwde full option keuken. Veel kastruimte en een grote badkamer. Er werd elke dag tip top gepoetst en elke dag werden er voldoende nieuwe handdoeken voorzien. Het hele hotel blinkt uit in netheid met als kers op de taart de enorme gastvriendelijkheid van de animatoren tot het receptiepersoneel en de kelners etc.. bedankt daarvoor ☺️! Wij hadden niks aan te merken👍🏼 Wij komen graag een keer terug

What a lovely hotel. 1. The staff so courteous 2. Room, 1 bedroom and kitchen, excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable. 3. Lovely pools 4. The food was excellent. Breakfast was good quality and I must recommend the evening restaurant there, was the best meals we had all week and chose to eat there, it was so good. There was a great little entertainment team, quizzes and bits and bobs organised. All in all, a little gem of a place. Well done. We used Uber to get around and they were very efficient.

Hotel was great. Didn’t use all of the facilities or entertainment as we were out and about most of the time. Entertainment area was busy but relaxing in the evening. Pool is excellent and no bother getting a sunlounger. Spacious rooms and good air con!
300 euro or pounds cash security deposit for groups. We didn’t have to pay it though - be mindful you might be asked to if a few of you check in together.

Fabulous holiday made even better by the reception staff,who went above&beyond for my husband and I. Thank you Sofia and the team. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spotless, great size,brilliant walk in shower. Great view of the pool area and immaculate gardens. The hotel itself is gorgeous and sooo clean,excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend 🙂

Wow what a fantastic hotel, think it deserves 5 star not 4. The room was large and really well catered with a safe, lots of storage, dining table and colour TV with a few English news channels. The separate kitchen was modern had a full oven, hob, micro, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery, utensils, knifes and crockery/pots/glasses etc so you don't need to bring anything. We ate in a few nights or went to the ***** which is a long road about 5 mins from hotel which is full of restaurants/bars. An absolute gem of place to eat is called Garfolandia - small, really friendly run by a lovely lady called Alice. The food was amazing and really good value - would highly recommend. A 5 min walk takes you to an Aldi or 20 mins to the Continente shopping arcade which has plenty of choice. The hotel staff were amazing, really friendly and polite. The cleaning team ensured the place is absolutely spotless, even saw them out early in the morning cleaning the loungers. The entertainments team had a good range of activity's for young and old - aqua aerobics, archery, table tennis, skittles, boules, bingo, quiz etc. The heated indoor pool was a gem on a cooler day. The outdoor pool is not heated and water is cold this time of year however once your in its okay - its getting the courage to get in that's the challenge :) We decided to get a private taxi back to Faro, only took c. 40 mins and the front desk booked it for us. 45 euros for family of 4. We hope to return again sometime soon - a real gem.
