Defo not a 5 star hotel-very dated and all mouldy seal round bath. All inclusive food not great. We had to leave a credit card copy at check in and told we wouldn’t be charged- but we were charged £100 after getting home so had to ring trip.com to sort it

recently spent four nights and five days at this four-star hotel on an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Starting with the accommodation, the room was poorly equipped—there were no drinks in the fridge, not even basic water, which I had to purchase from a nearby supermarket. The doors were broken, and there were no slippers or dressing gowns provided, which I would expect from a four-star establishment. While the breakfast and dinner were decent, the menu overall lacked variety and didn’t stand out. On a positive note, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, it was inconvenient that the gym was located about seven minutes away from the hotel. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the lack of basic amenities and attention to detail made this stay fall short of my expectations.

Okay. No issue. Beautiful environments, staff friendly. Good food, drink, desert and other edibles. Different beautiful sculptures around to beautiful the grounds. Evening activities such as the live dance 💃 I enjoyed every bit ox every services given Room service good, except the floor times that are slippery- danger and health hazard than can be very dangerous to life.

The whole experience was just okay but no water in the room for guests and it took a while to change my room even after telling staff at reception that my room was too far away from my friends because of my medical condition The staff entertainment was very good I had fun with Norma, Boris and lawo

The dancers Yoandry,Cinder,Leyanna,Nirma and the choreographer and dj Lauro were amazing and brought a great atmosphere to the hotel. They had everyone up dancing and everyone really intrigued with their fun and creative dancing. Made our stay so enjoyable!

Entertainment in the pub was very good, dancers were amazing and we had a great laugh dancing together, entertainment at the pool also very good and all staff are very polite would definitely recommend. THE 4 DANCERS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
