We have stayed in the Apartotel on at least 10 occasions and it never lets us down. The staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel is always very clean and it is located in a great area directly between the old and new towns.

Stayed here in October 2021 which we enjoyed so much we booked again for September 24. The staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. The location is great as the old town is 10 mins walk. Two big swimming pools with two kids pools. I don't normally leave reviews but this hotel was worth it.

Great holiday hotel and staff were amazing food was out standing would definitely coming back again next year we could have stay another 10 days but had to go home as we had work tomorrow lol other than this we would have stayed lol everything is in walking distance and there loads and loads and loads of shops and restaurants spoilt for choice lol 10 out ot 10

Paladin is a great hotel for anyone who is self-catering but do not make the mistake I made and book half board it does not no how to cater in any way have been to lots of hotels half board and this is worst they have no idea the hotel is well placed to get the beach the ***** and old town taxis about 3 50 like the hotel room was nice could do with a walk in shower the staff were lovely two pool's lots of sun beds cannot fault it for self-catering but please do not book it for half board

As previously mentioned, don’t be put off by the outside of the hotel. We stayed bed & breakfast The apartment was situated on the 3rd floor opposite the watch roundabout. Yes, the rooms are dated but they are clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if you were to cook (which we did not). The beds were comfortable and the air con was great. Large balcony; the furniture needs a good clean though. Breakfast didn’t have a massive choice but it was enough and very tasty. The ladies at breakfast were cheerful and friendly. We were offered a take away breakfast on our last day due to us having an early pick up, which we thought was a really nice touch. The restaurant was comfortable and the outdoor seating area was really lovely. Prices in the bar were much cheaper than the bars nearby. Pool areas were quiet, plenty of beds available being October All the staff were polite and helpful If visiting this area again we will definitely return

We stayed at this hotel during our first trip to Albufeira. From the outside the hotel doesn't look that much, however, once you go inside that all changes. The hotel is very clean and well kept throughout including the rooms. We stayed in a self catering apartment which was great and was kept very clean throughout our stay. The noise stated on the previous reviews didn't impact ourselves during our stay, we were road facing as well. The only thing we'd have liked was a little more storage in room, however, this isn't a major issue. The pool area was lovely with two large pools, the pool bar is also convenient during the day for a quick pint. The onsite restaurant was really good for lunch, this was also reasonably priced. The bar staff are absolutely brilliant. I'm awful at remembering names so I can't mention any in particular, however, every single one of them goes above and beyond. Absolutely amazing staff. We will be back again next year! Thank you

This a repeat visit we have always had pool view room which we have always enjoyed As always the hotel is clean and very welcoming, we were self catering we visited the restaurant a couple of times in the evening which is highly recommended It is very handy to have a large supermarket very close
