At first glance, better than I expected, however, as the stay progressed we found negative points: the waiting time at reception is crazy, it looks like a Portuguese public service. It is not acceptable that with so many guests there should only be one person serving at a time... The hotel's jacuzzi, which is included in the price, has ice-cold water and only 2 air vents operate. Therefore, it is almost impossible to be there. Beautiful but useless... In a SPA that is paid for, there are also aspects that need to be improved for that very reason, because when paid and within a 4-star hotel, you cannot have doors dragging across the floor, for example, as is the case in the bathroom. women. There are also security doors that don't open on the bars, which is very strange and even stranger is that there is no safety equipment in the kitchen such as a fire extinguisher or blanket since it has a stove.
However, the renovation was well done and I hope that these aspects are quickly improved because I wanted to return to the hotel.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Most of the staff were unfriendly and some very rude. I only saw about three smile. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. The food on the whole was good but was always cold. The coffee was undrinkable that is if you managed to get the machine to work. It is supposed to be all inclusive but it is not. You have to pay €3 a day if you want to use the safe in your room and you have to pay a €20 deposit to get a pool towel. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday do not even think about this hotel.

Nice hotel, room was perfect size for two adults and a baby, very small balcony not suitable for sunbathing on! Room wasn’t cleaned every day which was disappointing as it needed to be! Rooms are dated but the reception is very modern. Food was average but catered for all needs. Pool entertainment was very good and ideal for young kids. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was very good and a reasonable price. Would stay again just maybe not go all inclusive!

Trop de laxisme au niveau du ménage, obliger de demander à plusieurs reprises qu'il soit fait, du coup obliger de redemander des serviettes propres jusqu'au papier toilette.... This is our 4th visit in 2 yrs. just returned yesterday. lovely hotel . A variety of food to suit everyone Comfortable rooms, loved the kids entertainment team. Many thanks to Joanna Pablo and the team. Our boys loved you all. The only thing negative about the hotel was the evening bar staff. (Only 1) One in particular was rude ignorant and dismissive of females. (Ph) Always grumpy. I asked for 2 drinks and a cup of ice. Refused me the ice. Made me go to the back of the Q and wait again. So embarrassing Really let the high standard down. Sadly he did affect my ratings this year and if we are not comfortable going to the bar. We won’t be back.

Amazing hotel,super clean and very good food for all inclusive.discoverd this place in November 2023 when we came self catering. Thers an aldi 2minutes away and an abundance of places to eat right on the door step. We came again this year but had to book all inclusive as it was still in season. The food was fantastic couldn't fault it at all but as we had been befor an discovered lots of nice restaurants we ate out a few times aswell. The Italian right out side is superb,the best steaks I've ever had an if you head to the beach vivaldos does the best breakfast.this hotel is amazing.plenty of sunbeds and lovely pool. We will be back in march 2025

Honest review we came home 2 days ago. The hotel was lovely, very clean overall and the food was good especially as I only eat fish. I had a couple of options per day. The entertainment staff were amazing with my 2 year old and had so much enthusiasm!! Always sun loungers available in the day. The bar staff look abit solemn but it felt like I saw the same ones 24/7 so they must work long hours. The only annoying thing was we asked for our room to be cleaned 2 days in a row and it wasn't. The cleaner did do it when we asked directly, they look so tired, i think all the staff are overworked. Other people we spoke to staying there didn't have a problem with room cleans. We had an amazing time and made lovely memories because of the entertainment staff. I'd say its more 3.5 stars. The drinks are in plastic cups, local spirits but big measures, cocktails are out of a machine and ok. We didn't have a problem getting 3 drinks at a time (2 adults 1 child) even though it's a 2 drink limit per person and people have wrote reviews stating they were only allowed 2 at a time, we didn't have a problem. The guy who works in the shop is outside alot smoking and is abit over friendly to females, it was noticed by a couple of people not just me. But the reception staff were lovely. Free shuttle bus to old town was a bonus. Overall a lovely experience. Thankyou to the entertainment staff for making it magical for my little girl!!

Espaço agradável, limpeza muito boa, material em ótimo estado e bem localizado. Hotel familiar com bastantes crianças, atendendo que as refeições são em Tudo incluído (TI), não havendo possibilidade de outro tipo de regime. Espaço lúdico agradável e suficiente para uma boa estadia em família.
