太差的體驗了，不到八點到了，找不到人，打電話不接，通過攜程聯繫上説我沒在七點前為住所以下班了，沒聽説住酒店還有時間要求，最主要還不給我退款。同樣價格其他酒店還都有早餐。

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It has everything you need. It is very convenient to get in and out of the surrounding area. The staff are also very friendly. However, parking is not very convenient.

Great Hotel! if I could give it 10 stars I would. Located within footsteps of the city square, everything is pretty much walking distance, including a self service laundry which comes in handy. Thank you Samuel very much for all the help and being available.

客室内は改装され明るく清潔で、水圧も強く、ここ数年でヨーロッパで宿泊した中で1番コンディションも良かったです。
アルベロベッロ観光のメインスポットに近く、子供が遊べる日影のある公園もあり快適でした。
飛行機の時間に合わせてゆっくりチェックアウトもさせていただき、大満足の滞在になりました。家族4人でも広々とでき、おすすめの宿泊先です。

We had an amzing time staying in the Melograno accomodation. The 1 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi. The location is perfect. Its situated in a quiet area. The apartment had all required ameneties. The only small comment is that the bed was a little too hard for our taste. But in general we highly reccomend this place to fully experience Alberobello. Service also was great as we were greeted in the beginning and made us welcome.
