The room was clean as well as the hotel. To me best thing about room was the refrigerator had a top freezer for my ice packs. Great hot breakfast. They had indoor pool and spa and also laundry facilities which were needed since we were traveling.

From the moment I made our booking to the moment we checked out, everything was wonderful and the staff was fabulous. There are three people, I would like to call out, in particular, who we saw the most during our stay; Mandie at the front desk was engaging, fun and so helpful; Gretchen who managed the morning's breakfast and was someone who I felt I had known forever; and finally one who I believe was the head of housekeeping with whom I am so sorry I did not ask for her name because she was very kind and helpful particularly as we were exiting our room. To all, thank you! The grounds were great (we traveled with our pup this trip), our room was perfect and most impressive was how well thought out everything was from the lobby snacks and coffee machine to the breakfast stations. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back again next year!

The room was very nice we thought the bed was supposed to be King size and maybe it was but it didn't matter we all slept and that was what mattered. We all had a wonderful time and would go back again but the next time we would want to make sure that they had a Hot tub not just a jetted tub but like I said before we all had a wonderful time.

Typical Best Western roadside hotel, we encountered no issues with the room or the staff during our single nights stay. Not real sure why $300 per night is an acceptable rate in this area but it was comparable to the other surrounding hotels.

Wonderful hotel! Clean with great amenities, pool, spa, Kuerig maker in the room, Nescafe machine in the lobby. Great hot breakfast and a welcome muffin on arrival! Mandie was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

We were stranded with car trouble and Mandie was so welcoming and kind. When we arrived, with no luggage, after calling for availability, she offered us the essentials, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, makeup remover and a hairbrush. What a lifesaver she was. The room was very comfortable, clean and updated. Very quiet with a very quiet heat/air conditioning system. The bed was a "pillowtop" and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good with several choices to choose from. We would highly recommend the Best Western Plus Prairie Inn to anyone staying in Albany.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is just like almost all BW properties. Not much fresh food just chemical loaded prepackaged eggs, meats and potatoes. Employees were quite friendly and welcoming. Room was quite nice and comfortable. Wish they would figure out how to fix the drains in the shower so they don't just plug up all the time.

This is a very quiet location, just off I-5 but lovely location. Staff was very efficient at check in and check out. Lovely hot breakfast was included with room and ample parking. The lady working in the breakfast area was Alison very pleasant My room was clean, 3rd floor and quiet. Will stay there again.

Mandie, the clerk at the front desk was very helpful in setting us up with an account and recommending a restaurant nearby. In the morning we were greeted and was welcomed to a nice breakfast and coffee. We will stay again if we have the opportunity!
