Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille à Punamada ! Un petit coin de paradis dans les Blackwater. La chambre est très charmante, spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est très grande et très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner sont très complet et délicieux. On recommande.

Good vibes and hospitality. The property is good except that the washrooms are really bad. Not maintained at all. There are insects, mosquitoes and lizards in the bathroom. It was not clean at all. Overall a bad experience because of this issue.

Amazing stay here at punnamada resort! It's so beautiful here providing you with this best backwater view, amazing food and especially the traditional theme rooms! Do visit here when in Alleppey Lovely staff and management! The rooms are also clean

The bathroom was partial opened ( they told it is open bathroom concept) , when I complained, they just hanged one curtain , but multiple Snail and other insects came into the bathroom , rain water also coming into the bathroom, my kids were got scared , I asked them to change the room but they told no rooms available. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Verouderd resort (van 2000), er word geen onderhoud gedaan. Bedden liggen niet comfortabel en zijn oud. Restaurant is redelijk. . Ontbijt was goed. Schoonmaak was prima, personeel doet goed hun best. Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn (de meeste) kapot.

The property is a hidden gem. Located on the shores of punnamada lake, the property transports you to another world full of beautiful flora, foliage and beautiful architecture. The cottages are very painstakingly designed and decorated with simple, elegant pieces. The staff is ever smiling. The restaurant choola serves good food and the ambience of the restaurant is like a postcard image. I wish i had booked it for another couple of days.

Room are very dirty. Badsheet , towel ,napkin ,pillowcover are also very dirty and with bed smell. Fan is also not proper And bathroom is very dirty and fitting is also not good. Main thing they are not listening this kind of resoert that have nice location but service is very poor.
