Club Mahindra Arookutty, Alleppey

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff Aishwarya at Happy Hub was very friendly and arranged boating and sightseeing trip for us. Rooms were very clean and maintained well. The food was amazing and we all loved it. The lake view was splendidly beautiful.

Amazing property by the banks of Vembanad lake. I have stayed at this beautiful resort for 3 nights and 4 days, as always Club Mahindra properties have maintained their quality and have extended the best in class service. The property is hardly 5kms from NH (Aroor), and is at an amazing landscape by the banks of the lake. It's a perfect get away for your family on any day, and has lot of games and other leisure activities as part of their happy hub, your children would love it. The food has varieties of option in buffet from continental to Indian cuisines and I must say the taste is really good. They have special platter of fish food which is charged over and above the buffet, you can have try of that as well. The staff is really friendly and so helpful which I always admire about the Club Mahindra properties. The rooms are pretty good and spacious and has every facilities including a mini kitchen with an oven and some basic cutlery. You can opt for boating in a Shikara or a speed boat in the lake during the day if you wish to and I believe it's a must try, you will love it.

I recently visited Club Mahindra Alleppey resort and was extremely disappointed by how poorly the resort treats its taxi drivers. First of all, the washroom facilities provided for the drivers were in terrible condition – dirty, unhygienic, and barely usable. The parking area is equally bad, with uneven ground and very limited space, making it difficult to park without risking damage to the vehicle.To make matters worse, the water available for bathing was visibly polluted and unsafe, leaving drivers with no proper facilities to freshen up after a long drive. Shockingly, there were no rooms or even proper resting areas for drivers, forcing them to sleep in their cars or seek accommodations elsewhere.For a resort of this caliber, it's disappointing that they completely neglect the people who work hard to bring guests to their doorstep. I would not recommend this resort to any taxi drivers or their clients unless these issues are addressed immediately.

It's a must visit destination. The wonderful service and amazing sumptuous delicacy are simply mindblowing. Wonderful staff and their out of the world service is the use of this resort. Thank you team for the outstanding service and experience.

The best ever experience we had... being seniors we were given all necessary attention and service accordingly by every single staff including Restaurant staff to name Nalin (and many others whose name i couldnt recollect) who did a good job. Just priceless surely will recommend this place to all members and non members. All the best

Enjoyed are stay here. Very comfortable rooms that are clean with just the right amenities, good service with kind staff and great food. The location of the property is beautiful. Would definitely come again. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.

The stay and hospitality of the team at Club Mahindra Arookutty has been a memorable one. The restaurant provided with choicest food and the team in the restaurant was very friendly. Few names worth mentioning are of Rajib Molla, Navin, Abhinand, Shiraf won our admiration with their service and courtesy. The rest of the team in the restaurant were also very courtious. Overall the stay was very comforatable with the Resort Manager personally enquiring about our stay and comfort.

We stayed with family (daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law and son) in two Studio-(K) rooms of CM Arookutty. Our stay was very pleasant as there were many activities in the property that suited the interests and tastes of members of the group. We enjoyed the pool, the TT, Chess, Jenga and table-hockey of the games-centre and the lively evening social games including DJ music. There was also the beautiful backwaters of the lake beside the property and some adventure sports for kids. The rooms were clean and spacious and were cleaned everyday at our request. The toiletries, supplies and other facilities were adequate. We had food at the Ripples Restaurant of the resort. The meal-plan was that of dinner and breakfast for the adults on the days we stayed at the resort. Dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of items to suit the tastes of everyone. Added to that we were provided “high-tea” that consisted of a snack and tea or coffee in the evening. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for the buffet were good. The staff were pleasant and ready to assist us with everything. The gardens of the property are also very nice and well-kept. For senior-citizens it’s a place where one can rest and take walks and enjoy the beauty and calm of the lakeside views.

Excellent service at club Mahindra by staff especially mentioning Nalin and Abhinand. Good clean and spacious rooms, stayed in studio K room. Exceptionally good food and variety, we loved the rasam which is entirely freshly made and delicious by Chef Govind. We had a great time at the property, great view and access to backwaters directly.
