All liked it. Only the location is not very close to the city center (10 minutes by bus or an hour on foot). And also a problem for Russian travelers - the hotel does not accept unionpay cards.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Great hotel, has everything you need. The food is simply beyond praise. Great spa and massage. There are many shops nearby and there is where to walk along the promenade.

Bu otelde geçirdiğimiz tatil harikaydı!personelin güler yüzlü olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Odamız son derece temiz ve rahat, ayrıca deniz manzaralıydı. Sabah kahvaltısından akşam yemeğine kadar her öğünde sunulan yemeklerin kalitesi mükemmeldi ve çeşitlilik oldukça fazlaydı. Özellikle Türk ve dünya mutfağından lezzetler harikaydı. Havuz alanı geniş ve hijyenikti; şezlong bulmak hiç zor olmadı.Ayrıca spa ve masaj hizmetleri de oldukça profesyoneldi.
