Een week hier geweest. Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Volop keuze in eten, wel goed checken of het eten warm is, kan soms een beetje koud zijn. Privé strand waar je goed kunt vertoeven. Vriendelijk personeel. Kan het zeker aanraden

The hotel looked great when we arrived.sounded great too 5* ultra all inclusive far from great cold food.no tea coffee facilities in the room.shower not cleaned & door would not close properly.breakfast the worst I've seen anywhere unless you like mash n veg for breakfast only thing worth having was omelette or fried eggs cos they were made fresh

Excellent experience all around! Wonderful food, service and live music. I was staying at the hotel for 8 days and had a really enjoyable stay. Between the very friendly staff who were very helpful and attentive, and the beautiful poolside and rooms, it is a stunning location, especially with the hotel's private beach. The buffet was incredibly varied with many different styles and tastes of food. I personally really enjoyed the Turkish themed night! It felt very authentic. My friends and I had an excellent stay here, and will certainly be visiting again.

Yemek ve çeşitlerinden oldukça memnun olduk karsılama ve ilgilenme oldukça üst düzeydeydi sonuna kadar hak eden bir işletme herseyiyle eglenceli idi. Resepsiyon lobby ve bardaki arkadaslar da değinmeden edemiyecegim ilgililerdi özellikle ön büro müdüründen de memnuniyetimi dile getirmek isterim.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel from any point of view! More like a 2 star at the most. We arrived late at night after travelling since 8am but were not even offered a drink when we checked in at reception. Nor were we offered a meal although the restaurant was still open. We were rushed to our room on seventh floor but since it was dark and the curtains were closed we didn’t look outside. Imagine our horror the following morning to discover three huge blocks of apartments where building work was still going on. The hotel is not in a resort but surrounded by commercial buildings. The very busy main road is a short distance away. Ambulances with sirens blaring were a regular occurrence. The bedroom is basic but cleaned well each day. The soap dispenser didn’t work but we reported it and it was sorted the same day. Food was lukewarm and the hotel obviously catered for Eastern Europeans. No theme nights and no entertainment whilst we were there unless it was on very late. The pool was very busy and sun beds crammed together. The beach is narrow and next to a very busy main road- hence the need to go through an underpass to access it. We have complained to the travel agent since we returned but the hotel have accused us of deliberately making false statements! Wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this hotel

Merhaba ben arkadaşlarımla Alanya da bu oteli tercih ettim. Sakın bir otel çalışanlar işini yapıyor. Eğer tatil için buraya geliyorsanız memnun kalacaksınız . Sorun arayan bir insan olmadgim için hiç sorunla karşılaşmadım . Temiz bir otel. Yemekler güzel ve çeşitli. Resepsiyonda ki kizlar özellikle yardımsever . Herkese selamlar

Только приехали с отпуска. Были в отеле Diamond Hill. Больше туда не поедем. Расположение - очень близко от других отелей ( буквально рядом строится отель из 3-х 9 этажных корпусов)территории практически нет( только бассейн и шезлонги вокруг него), номера с видом на море - весьма условно, из-за стоящих перед отелем домов и близко расположенных других отелей, море (кусочек) видно только с верхних этажей. Питание - однообразное, ничего соответствующего УЛЬТРА не было. Фрукты - яблоки, сливы, мандарины, виноград, разломанные гранаты(ну это понятно - они большие, поэтому их просто ломали на куски), груши. Свежевыжатые соки - за отдельную плату. Алкоголь - только местные напитки, пиво,коктельчики. Импорт- платно. Пляжа практически нет, шезлонги отдыхающие расставляют самостоятельно , если вечером работники собирают шезлонги, то утром они их не расставляют на пляже. Матрасов на шезлонгах нет( не нужно тогда заявлять об их наличии). Заявленный ресторан а-ля карт не работал вообще, Номер у нас был сильно уставший ( и не только у нас), и в отношении душа ( поддон прогибался, лужи вокруг душа после использования). Хотя за выбор номера мы доплачивали. У знакомых протекал унитаз( правда, в этом случае их оперативно переселили.) В общем , отель совсем не соответствует УЛЬТРА, тянет на простую 3*. Ко всему персоналу претензий нет , всё чётко и оперативно. Объяснение что отель работает последние 2 недели и закрывается (якобы) на реставрацию - слабая отговорка.

Goede service, fantastisch mooi hotel met goede restaurants. Echt een aanrader voor een prima vakantie. Strand is heel goed bereikbaar met een bar waar je een van goede lunch op strand kan genieten. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer had geweldig mooi uitzicht op zee.

Uitstekende service, erg vriendelijk personeel. Dinner buffet heeft heel veel variatie en de kwaliteit is voortreffelijk. Strand is per brug en lift goed bereikbaar. Strandbar aanwezig met lekkere drankjes en lunch menu. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel.
