Resepsiyon görevlileri hiç dostane davranmadı. Bir selamı, güle güleyi bile esirgediler. Valizleri odaya taşımaya yardım etmedikleri gibi yardım eden arkadaşımı da odaya ziyaretçi kabul etmiyoruz diye engellediler. Anahtarı verirken klimanın kumandasını vermediler. Sonradan geri inip, almak gerekti. Duş küvetine çıkmak inmek tehlikeliydi. Odadan resepsiyonu arayacağımız telefon da çalışmışyordu. Bina olarak iyi bir otelde, olanakların kötü düzenlendiği ve resepsiyon görevlilerinin düşmanca davrandığı garip bir gece geçirdik.

I’m here just now and can’t believe I nearly didn’t book this due to the bad reviews. My kids absolutely love the pool area. The place is spotless some things a bit dated or tired looking but hasn’t affected our holiday. The food is 10/10 and reasonably priced. Last but not least the staff, what can I say so welcoming great with the kids and very hard working. Always going the extra mile for you. Shout out to mert ibraham and Vulcan (dancing is the best). Not forgetting the manager who is willing to accommodate any request you may have. We will certainly be returning. Don’t always believe reviews I’m glad I didn’t

Nou mensen ga absoluut niet hier boeken. Ik ben niet een persoon voor een die gauw klaagt en Turkije heeft andere normen qua sterren toekennen, maar dit mag absoluut geen ster hebben.Dit hotel mag eigenlijk niet te boeken zijn als vakantie bestemming. Douche = bad maar zo vies en als je wat zegt bij receptie zeggen ze ja is goedkoop hotel. Helaas geen foto genomen. persoons kamer gehad met airco maar 1 bed stond in ruimte waar geen airco was, dus bloedheet. Handoeken om de 3 dagen wissel. Andere klanten klaagde over beddengoed dat voet afdrukken al had voordat ze gingen slapen, word niks aan gedaan. Ja wissel om de 3 dagen zeggen ze. 1 nacht daar geslapen en gelijk contact gezocht met reisleider. Gelukkig snel actie kunnen ondernemen, helaas wel bij moeten betalen, maar zit nu in een echt schoon hotel. WEES GEWAARSCHUWD

It has been the worst experience of our lives, where to start? Basically I would say it was more of a prison than a warm welcoming family hotel, we stayed a family of 4 2 adults 2 children the beds in the bedroom were fine with aircon but in living room there's no aircon and your paying 8 euro a day which is absurd never heard of that anyway the food and drink prices are ridiculas we went ti supermarket and Brought our own food and drinks but can't eat and drink them around pool, it's like you get told off by a police man, I'm an English woman being told to put my bikini top back on by the staff, I waited till later on in day when no kids were around i felt ashamed and embarrassed this happened to me, never in my life have I been told to put bikini top back on, The staff at the front desk very rude wouldn't help us with transfers being told it had nothing to do with them, we had to check out at 12 we weren't given a option to keep room as our flight was early in morning, talip and Abraham, betel were lovley very hard working people also tried to make our holiday better, we used other hotels in the end for pools and slides, Avoid this hotel will not recommend to anyone if I could give 0stars I would

Stay away from this dirty hotel. Dirty rooms bad service. And you need to pay 8euro per day on air conditioning. Shabby and dirty. Never again. The rooms is in bad condition. The pictures looks nice. But not in real life. Trust me…………………………..

This hotel is the worst hotel we ever have stayed on. We booked this for 12 days but checked out after 3 days. The sheets and pillows was dirty, the fridge was rusty, had hair and was dirty. The bathtub was really bad, the door on bathroom was waterdamaged. We all slept with our clothes on. All over really dirty. And dont forget that we had to pay 8euro per room per day for aircondition. And someone try to get in to our room 04.00 o'clock in the morning. This is by far the most horrible hotel we have ever being to. So if you are going to book a hotel please stay AWAY from this.

apartment spacious,quite clean pool not very clean when people are going in fully clothed and still wearing flip flops whilst walking round childs pool area this obviously being probably being the turkish women which shouldnt be allowed and if so the pools should be cleaned every evening .very noisy road traffic 24hrs a day.the complex is quite a distance to beach and main shops,and we like walking but quite far from everything.meals in apartment not much choice at all and small portions for prices they charge.we never heard any british holiday makers whilst there mainly danish,turkish,russian.weve been too many resorts in turkey and can honestly say alanya being the worst we felt like we was in egypt not turkey,there was no turkish atmosphere at all a very boring place ..t here was a shop directly over the road probably only had fifty pounds worth of stock in it so mainly nothing. all in all we didnt enjoy our holiday and this never happens,so before you visit do homework on alanya.
