A Lovely Mountain Setting
Our room was very spacious and on the first floor. We even had a balcony at the other end of the room. The pool was small and a disabled person in our party could not get in it because there were no handrails. The setting was up in the mountains north of Alajuela and the air was fresh at night. We will return to this hotel because it is not far from the airport.

Hotel pequeño, con un jardin precioso en el q puedes ver : colibris 🐦, Tucanes ,varias especies de pajaros + Ardillas .🐿🐿🦋🪲🐞🌾🌴🌳. Muy tranquilo , con una piscina no muy grande pero suficiente para refrescarte cuando hace mucha calor . Los propietarios te ayudan informandote en todo ,alquiler de coche ,lugares q visitar 🏖🗻🌋. Con parking 🚘 x la noche cierran un porton .🥰

Nos hospedamos ahi en abril de este año por las fotos que vimos, cabe aclarar que no tienen nada que ver con como luce el lugar actualmente, llegamos de noche, solo queríamos descansar, pero fue la peor noche del viaje!, toda la noche nos cayeron insectos a la cama, el baño y la habitación estaban muy muy sucios, en especial sábana y el colchón, que hasta roto estaba, (adjunto fotos). Había gatos y pelo de gatos por todas partes!!, parte de elegir este hotel fue que nos dijeron en la reserva que incluía el transporte al aeropuerto pero sólo nos pidieron un taxi para que lo pagáramos y con mala actitud nos dijeron "o pues pidan un uber", si se quieren ahorrar un mal rato, busquen otra opción, el personal no dio solución.

Sea cual sea la razón NUNCA Se le grita, trata mal o intenta golpear a un cliente. El irrespeto y prepotencia que muestra el dueño o quien atiene sobrepasa los límites y solamente por pedir que abriera el portón. Recomiendo conocer un poco lo que es servicio al cliente. Podrá decirme lo que quiera sobre sus reglas o lo que sea que NUNCA va encontrar motivo para tener ese tipo de comportamiento con un cliente. Para extranjeros y nacionales recomiendo buscar otras opciones donde les den el servicio que merecen! Cero recomendado!

Nous avons aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel, ambiance tropicale avec ce joli jardin, l’accueil est super, le personnel est a disposition et le petit déjeuner est top. Il y a aussi un restaurant le soir. Très bon compromis. Je recommande cet hôtel.
