Hilton Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway

My stay was wonderful and the hotel was amazing and I would like to thank Mr. Hassan and Ms. Sheikha for their kindness, generosity and hospitality. The location is perfect The gym is little bit small but it’s OK There is an indoor swimming pool

First time visit at the Hilton Al Khobar at king Fahed Causway . The hotel is new, and quite spacious. Nicely doctorates with friendly staff and spacious rooms . Had dinner at the Palmette Restaurant and ordered Salmon with Asparagus . The plate was served by Christine and prepared by Chef Marlo . Christine was well trained to ask Chef Marlo to visit my table to make sure the Salmon is as per my request and always with a smile and a professional waitress . I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant .

We opted for this hotel to run a corporate event, and were very pleased with everything except for the young lady who works at the restaurant. All the staff were extremely professional and friendly EXCEPT her. She followed us around at lunchtime - I think she thought we were going to do a runner! Then in the morning, we had to depart before breakfast started but Ahmed in Events very kindly arranged for us to be able to go in earlier just for a coffee and pastry which was great except it wasn't because the same young lady was there! She accused some delegates of taking too many coffees. We had only taken one each and 3 mini pastries between 3 people. Why she thought this is beyond me. She stood monitoring everyone at the coffee machine giving them dirty looks as though they were committing a crime. We didn't touch the buffet! She was rude, offensive, and quite frankly shouldn't work in hospitality. Besides her, the hotel is wonderful. We had lunch in our room to avoid any confrontation with her. The lobby is bright and welcoming. All the other staff were extremely helpful and charming. The guest bedrooms are lovely. All fresh and new with all the amenities you'd expect. It's a lovely hotel besides the young lady in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience … beautiful hotel with amazing views of King Fahd causeway … extremely courteous staff, especially Mr Hassan, who elevated our experience with his warm hospitality … loved everything … will definitely come back in the future
