Séjour dans l’hôtel Sumahan hôtel & spa qui s’est dans l’ensemble bien passé. L’hôtel est très beau, la piscine est magnifique et les chambres sont spacieuses. Tout les membres du personnels sont au petit soin (mention spéciale pour le garde-portail de nuit) Cependant il y’a quelques points que j’aimerais énoncé afin d’en avertir les futurs voyageurs. - Il faut savoir que les appartements ne sont pas du tout insonorisés, si vous être au RDC vous entendez tout les bruits du dessus : bruits de pas, de télé, personnes qui parlent etc.. dans notre cas sans boules quies très difficile de dormir sans être réveillés. - la qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner est très vite limitée et très vite restreint. Une seule carte pour manger le midi et soir qui est également très petite. - Piscine non chauffée, qui ne permet pas une baignade quand le thermomètre monte car les nuits sont assez froide. (Hors été) -WIFI de très mauvaise qualité. -Localisation de l’hôtel est à 35 min du centre de Marrakech donc voiture INDISPENSABLE. -Les restaurant les plus proches sont à 20-25 min de l’hôtel. En conclusion : l’hôtel est bien mais nous ne sommes PAS DU TOUT sur un 5 ÉTOILES en termes de prestations MAIS PLUTÔT sur un 3 ÉTOILES.

Nous avons passé un séjour apaisant et merveilleux grâce à la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel qui nous a fait nous sentir chez nous dès notre arrivée. L’hôtel est très propre, dans un cadre relaxant, parfait pour se reposer. Les repas sont préparés par le personnel et fait au moment ! Je conseille cet hôtel si vous avez envie de vous reposer et découvrir Marrakech.

L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins.Tout était parfait , les locaux sont propres et accueillants. Très belle expérience. Magique ! Marrakech est très accessible en Taxi. Je recommanderai cet établissement . Nous avons rencontré des gens adorables.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et encore une merveilleuse expérience rien à dire sur l'équipe et l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Une équipe aux petits soins est très discrète tout ce qu'il faut pour apprécier un séjour dans un cadre aussi magnifique. Merci encore à Fayçal d'avoir perfectionné notre séjour pour l'anniversaire de ma mère. Je reviendrai une troisième fois avec grand plaisir.Marine Assagdi

Extremely peaceful and relaxing, fantastic surroundings - and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful, polite, friendly, efficient and courteous. Incroyable ! Un paradis dans un endroit magnifique, relaxant et dépaysant. La nourriture est excellente et pleine de saveurs. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Journée piscine+bed+serviettes+entrée+plats+desserts 45€ très correcte pour une expérience luxueuse. Musique détente. Je recommande à 1000%. J’y retournerai c’est sûr !

Une très belle expérience. Une vue à couper le souffle , les chambres sont agréables spacieuses . La piscine est juste sublime . Le personnel est aux petits soins toujours souriant et les crêpes du petit déjeuner sont excellentes . Le gérant est toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Très bel endroit pour déconnecter en toute quiétude . La ville est à 20 minutes en taxi mais on revient vite dans ce petit coin de paradis.

Lovely place outside Marrakesh if you are looking for peace, quiet place with great sunsets. I am quite a foodie and I was very happy with choices of food. All staff are super friendly and very attentive. Rooms are very spacious and clean. You can contact the hotel to pre-book your taxi to/from the airport as you will get a better rate (250-300dr).

Everything about this hotel was perfect, starting from the moment I checked in and all the way throughout my stay. I have been to Morocco quite frequently but not once have I stayed in a hotel as beautiful as this. The veiws were so tranquil and peaceful which really allowed me to relax during my holiday. The hotel is set back from infrastructure and about a 25 minute drive from the centre of Marrakesh making it the best place to become one with nature and to simply relax and take a break from the busy city life. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, no matter how small a problem that could arise, everything and everyone is taken care of. The rooms are very large like suites and are kept to high standard, The spa, massage and pool areas are phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully more sooner than I have planned because this hotel is phenomenal and I highly recommend it to all
