Beautiful hidden gem for a 2-3 day stay.
The only recommendation is to have more options on the menu for lunch and dinner because it is pretty much the same for both.
The waiters are very friendly and respectful and made our stay great.
The hammam is excellent and good value. The place is great value on a whole.
My second visit and it was as enjoyable as the first.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent view!
We love every detail of this hotel. It's located in a beautiful spot in the mountains. The staff is very friendly ans take care of everything you need. The rooms are beautiful, pool area calm, food is good and the view is amazing. They have horses and you can take a tour in the area. This was our second stay here, and we will come back!

Tres beau paysage magnifique vue de atlas, les chambres propres. Endroit calme loin de bruit de la ville. Nous ne sommes reposé je vous conseille de visiter. Le personnel et gentil et sympa. A visiter pour ce relaxation je reviens souvent pour le visiter

Lors d’un précédent séjour au Maroc, nous nous sommes rendus au Palais Paysan pour voir à quoi cela ressemblait. C’est un endroit magnifique. Cette année, nous décidons d’y passer deux nuits, et la réservation est faite et confirmée par l’établissement au début du mois d’août pour un séjour début octobre. Le 10 septembre, nous recevons un mail nous indiquant que notre réservation est purement et simplement annulée. Pas de motif, et pas de solution proposée. Our stay at this so-called "luxury hotel" in the desert was nothing short of a nightmare. What was meant to be a relaxing, high-end experience turned into a series of disappointments. First, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely untrained, and the hotel manager was downright condescending, even mocking guests when we raised concerns. Instead of offering any solutions, she acted as though we were the problem. The food? Don’t even get me started. Their “tagine du jour” should be renamed “tagine du nightmare.” Bland, and utterly tasteless. The breakfast was just as bad—limited options, no variety, and service so slow that we practically fell asleep waiting for our food. Noise was another major issue. Nonstop construction sounds ruined any chance of enjoying the terrace or the pool area. The place was marketed as a peaceful retreat, but it felt more like a construction site. Manager didn’t care about our complaint. The amenities were also below standard for a hotel that claims to be high-end. No fridge in the room, basic toiletries, and no spare plugs to charge electronics. To top it off, the hotel is incredibly difficult to get to, with barely any signage and a road that felt more like an obstacle course than a path to a "luxury" destination. Avoid at all costs—this place isn’t worth your time or money.

Superbe établissement perdu au bord de l'Atlas. Une équipe aussi discrète qu'attentionnée. Un petit déj gargantuesque ! Quant à la piscine... elle est somptueuse ! Seul bémol : la température froide des douches et la clim... peu efficace.

My wife and I have been travelling to Marrakech for many years. We have just spent one week at Palais Paysan and it really is our favourite place. It's located outside a Berber village about 40 minutes from Marrakech but it is a haven of peace and tranquility. It's delightful. The hotel is immaculate and the gardens are beautifully manicured with fabulous views over the foothills ot the Atlas mountains. The staff are very pleasant, discreet and attentive. The restaurant food is excellent. We will soon be returning!

Suite à une erreur de leur part lors de notre dernier séjour dans cette établissement, nous avons eu droit à un voucher qui nous donne l’accès au spa et à une journée piscine, malheureusement celui-ci a été inutilisable puisque lorsque nous les appelons le spa est fermé et nos mails restent sans réponses à plusieurs reprises Manque cruellement de professionnalisme, la responsable à l’accueil est très désagréable. Méfiez vous de vos additions!!! Ils ont essayé de nous faire payer une table voisine de 500 euros avec 6plats alors que nous étions 2. Pas d’excuse de la part de cette dame, c’est honteux !
