Very good, clean environment, but the location is too far away. It is in the hinterland of the desert, suitable for vacation and leisure. The service is also fast, the facilities are complete and comfortable, and the price is good. Highly recommended.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel with this level of customer service. From the minute you check in, the breakfast, the wonderful BBQ we had followed by the bonfire prepared for us, the service was never short of 100%. Chef Chethan was so professional, kind, friendly and accommodating. His team were equally as impressive. The incredible staff at this hotel definitely make me want to come back time and time again. I honestly can not praise this hotel enough for its world class staff.

They surprised us with fruit platter, cake and romantic arrangement in our room. The room is very comfy, peaceful and relaxing place away from the city, very accommodating staff especially Chethan, Abdelsamia, Eshe, Saleh, the man from the quadbiking, and the 2 girls in the reception. Mr Chethan - the sous chef gave us fruit platter during breakfast and dinner to celebrate the special day. The water in pool area is refreshing - not so cold & not so warm. We did some activities like soft archery and quadbiking including in our booking.

The staff were extremely cordial. Lobby, room and restaurant decor embodied space, light & immaculate cleanliness. Swimming pool was big, scenic and very well maintained. Two chefs - Chetan & Ali dished out delicious food while Eshe & Abdelsameh complemented as a great server. Saleh was very warm & caring at the front office. Overall, an unforgettable experience that deserves an enchore.

We arrived in a hot Tuesday afternoon and the hotel was not that busy. We met the front office staff Jese and she greeted us well offered us a room next to the pool with a view overlooking the dunes. Pool was nice and warm- ideal for kids and family with a pool bar around. Dinner was exceptional, we went for the alacart option and never expected the potions to be so big and filling. Kitchen and restaurant staff was fabulous!! Specially Chef Dhananjaya, Janith, Zulfiqar and F & B Eshe and Talha. Thanks for making our stay memorable!!!

It was indeed a good experience, stay/facilities/food was 4 star level however it is not a summer place. You should visit this place only in winters. Chettan, Dhananjay, Zulfikar were amazing in their main restaurant - their warm hospitality is absolutely amazing.

OMG ! What an amazing stay we had. Every member of the hotel staff that we met was just awesome and cannot believe the amazing Hospitality service we received. We recommend every family / individual / traveler to visit Western Liwa Hotel and experience the relaxed nature of this property. To compliment a few, i have taken a note of their names and will surely remember them forever. Mr. Sewar Mr. Abdu Slam Ms. Jesly Mr. Saleh Mr. Naiem Chef Chethan Mr. Thameera Mr. Shinoda Mr. Zulfi Mr. Dananjay Mr. Haroon Mr. Jareer I am sorry, if i have missed a few more names but everyone was so amazing, bed linen, bath linen, pool towels, bathrooms were neat and clean, and great food offered by Chef and his F&B team.

The hotel was renovated some 6 months ago. A big pool was added and some gardening work done. Rooms are a simple and nice mix of modernity and local traditional style. Good sized with all required amenities. Only minus in the room is a small green (fire sensor?) light which is annoying when you prefer to sleep in the dark. We booked including breakfast and dinner. The dinner buffet was limited but the food was delicious given the reasonable pricing. Only water was served, no juices or more potent liquids were available. Breakfast was a similar small spread but again what was on offer was good. And for me a live egg station is what I need in the morning. Staff throughout the place were very friendly and courteous at all times. The hotel is a short drive from the Moreeb Dune and it’s simply stunning surrounding. Beautiful views over the fast desert for sunset or sunrise. Really amazing! Being just 2 hours from Abu Dhabi this is a nice place to spend a night or two!

Absolutely loved it! We took a full board option as it was easier with children. Were at first a little apprehensive reg the food but…amazing food throughout! Chef chethan truly did well…albeit the choice was not huge but whatever was offered was great! Infact service all around was amazing! Thanking Eshe at the restaurant especially! Thank you Western for a truly great staycation!
