The hotel has great staff, very friendly.
I liked the food, freshly squeezed juices.
Early check-in was provided (a couple of hours earlier).
The only thing was asked for a birthday compliment in advance, it was not provided.
Haven't got a massage yet, because. everything was scheduled 2 days in advance, keep this in mind when booking.
In general, the hotel is clean, pleasant, beautiful! We really enjoyed.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly, yes you have to tip if you want a better service- but it means a lot to all of them. If you don’t want to tip, this isn’t the country for you. The air conditioning in the room is fantastic and everything is very clean. We had some great excursions booked through Hichem who is based at the hotel. Everyone who works here is a credit to the hotel and they work so hard to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Thank you 🙏🏻

Had an excellent time here in September as always, lovely welcome smile from Rafika on reception and Bacem who changes your money. Animation gave 100% as always, mo mo, Sophie (I can still hear her voice, yeah, yeah) when she was dancing/aquarobics. Saif Mlaouhia, Moussa Dahmeni, and Saif Láàrif always kept the drinks topped up, smiling all the time, making me laugh. The room was kept spotless from my lovely cleaner (forgot her name) The food was great, even catered for my ceoliac and provided gluten-free cereals and biscuits and labelled the food that was gluten-free. This is my 4th time, and I have already booked to go back next June and September. Keep up the great work, guys.

deuxième fois dans cet hôtel. J'ai trouvé que les prestations ont baissé. J'avais demandé une chambre avec douche et j'ai eu une baignoire. Le restaurant à la plage un vrai plus. Manger en terrasse le soir aussi très bien. Malheureusement quand il pleut c'est une vraie pagaille, mauvaise gestion de l'attribution des tables. Hier soir on nous a placée sur table qui apparemment était pour quelqu'un d'autre, cela met mal à l'aise. Sinon le personnel est agréable et serviable. Il faudrait améliorer le service des cartes pour le choix des tables. Dommage aussi que l'on n'ait jamais eu de pâtisseries orientables. Cet hôtel reste quand même un bonchoix

Just returned from a week's stay really enjoyed it lovely staff very attentive in all bars and the restaurant. Rooms ok but dated and little faults appearing such as hairdryers amd sockets hanging off walls and dated furniture. That being said the maids kept them very clean.

The whole experience was amazing the amination team is amazing the shows are the best a lot of hard work and dedication goes unnoticed on how brilliant they really are amazing and staff are really gd all do a superb job even the cheif on bar he one incredible man nothing is to hard for him plus good to have an good conversation with him well done every one

Amination team are fabulous, work so long hours but always upbeat and happy. We love them all and can't wait to come back next year. This is our 5th time visiting and the staff can't do enough and are so welcoming. Shame we had a few days without sun , hoping our last day is hot hot 🔥 hot
