Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

We had a really lovely Holiday at the Sentido Bellevue Park Hotel. We have been to Tunisia about 7 times , different locations. My Husband said , This was the best Hotel we have been too in Tunisia. When you walk in the Hotel ,it is so beautiful .Amazed us. It' s like a Palace . Find Tunisian Hotels like palaces but this was exceptional. We tipped from the moment we walked in door. Tipped for a fortnight , Well worth every dinar we tipped cos we're waited on and hand foot by Staff. Staff really look after you. The room was sea view .Had 3 Beds. Lovely view. We had Entertainment a few times a week upstairs in reception lounge. Downstairs there was a show bar which we didn't use . This Hotel had the best deep padded Sun Loungers we've ever had . Free Towels , Free Safe, Free good Internet . Food was mostly Tunisian so don't expect English fish and chips etc. A message to the Manager , I would appreciate if you could thank your Staff for looking after us and giving us an amazing Holiday.

J’ai récemment séjourné au Sentido Bellevue Park à Sousse, et j’ai passé un excellent moment. L’hôtel est charmant et spacieux, offrant une ambiance relaxante pour un séjour agréable. La gastronomie était variée et délicieuse, avec une grande sélection de plats savoureux. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Les services de nettoyage étaient satisfaisants, et l’ensemble de l’hôtel était propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une belle expérience de vacances à Sousse.

Went to bell view park,before the pandemic,twice,was lovely,food was great,nice cosy atmosphere ,lots of English people there,now it’s changed hands,we was in a minority,the hotel is now a Tunisian hotel,we was overrun with them,the food was awfull,I lived on salad and chips,and puddings the whole week,round the pool area was never swept,it was dirty,and the indoor pool is warm,but the steps into it,are dangerous,nearly broke my foot,the reception area is nice,the rooms are basic,the plus points is,the waiters was lovely,couldn’t do enough for you,but sadly won’t return,and wouldn’t recommend

We arrived early so had to have lunch before we could check in which was fine. The room was just average, very tired but clean. Couple of issues that needed sorting, one bedside lamp didn't work, had to ask three times to get the shampoo filled up and the air con, wouldn't like to be there in the height of summer. The pillows were very hard as well. The evening entertainment is very samey in the theatre area, better in the upstairs bar when they had music on. There was plenty of choice for food, but again the same every day. The al la carte restaurant I thought was very nice and a good service. The pool was freezing, and once in, it had a sudden drop so if you weren't a good swimmer, not the place to be. On a positive side, the staff were great, Adem by the pool so funny, all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at sentido bellevue park on 8/11 for only 2 night.when checking out next day .we accidentally left some clothing in.one of the closets. When we called lost and found and housekeeping, they said nothing had an items. I see from another review that they had an item stolen from housekeeping as well . So if you decide to stay here, beware that the sentido bellevue park hotel is in the habit of employing very dishonest people so God forbid you leave something.

3ème expérience à Bellevue Park et toujours content d'être là. Service client est superbe... Les chambres confortables et lumineuses. Le temps est génial. Une semaine de 25 degré magnifique. L'ambiance et l'animation étaient comme chaque fois Excellentes. On reviendra sûrement.

Hôtel trop beau avec des chambres spacieuses,buffet bien présenté. Service est impeccable. La relation client Mme Aïda est superbe . Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Les animations avec des talents,les spectacles sont formidables. Remerciements pour Mondo et son équipe.
