Had heard the name of ananta hotel a lot but was very disappointed. The rooms were very simple, which have not been seen in a five star hotel till date. And the food was also of very low quality. And the service was very weak, which cannot even be expected in a big hotel.

I was shocked to receive this kind of reception as a regular guest in this resort. No welcome - No one to even take my luggage out of cab. At reception, i asked for a complimentary upgrade to which anjali thier FOM replied, " You might be a regular, but from today, our policy has changed, and we will not give you a complimentary upgrade, it purely depends on you if you wish to stay with us again". Really ruthless and rude woman. In hospitality industry every hotel may have some rules but you should communicate it to the guest in a pleasant way. Avoid this lady at all costs. Other than her, this resort has always been my favorite. it's just that sometimes you appoint wrong people.

We had a great experience over the last 2 days. The stay arrangements and the conduct of events was par excellence.The events were well organized and the overall layout of the property added to the successful conduct. The ambience was mesmerizing .The conduct of staff and the mgt people was exemplary.

Overall had a great experience here . Ansh, Naman , Aanchal were very cooperative and extended all support during checkin and during my entire stay. The dining was really good especially the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options availiable. The kitchen staff were attentive, accommodating, and ensured that guests felt valued and cared for.

it was so amazing and lovely palace enjoyed this hotel. very nice staff. the behavior of the housekeeping staff could be more courteous and professional. Very accommodating staff and food is Lso nice 👍 The Front desk staff particularly Anjali and Naman was amazing we visited the resort and extremely busy time but the staff is particularly helpful 🙂 The variety of dishes offered at buffet the quality of good was amazing
