I was shocked to receive this kind of reception as a regular guest in this resort. No welcome - No one to even take my luggage out of cab. At reception, i asked for a complimentary upgrade to which anjali thier FOM replied, " You might be a regular, but from today, our policy has changed, and we will not give you a complimentary upgrade, it purely depends on you if you wish to stay with us again". Really ruthless and rude woman. In hospitality industry every hotel may have some rules but you should communicate it to the guest in a pleasant way. Avoid this lady at all costs. Other than her, this resort has always been my favorite. it's just that sometimes you appoint wrong people.
