Ramada chain of hotels is excellent. Location is great, quiet and peaceful sometimes disturbed by the marriage functions. Highlight is the food.. taste, quality and the menu. However the rooms need overhaul. The room and toilets cleaning is not up to the standards expected…

Dear Ramda Hotel Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night. The amenities,fitness center, were great additions to my stay. I had an awesome stay in Ramada Ajmer.. property is very good and a good swimming pool. They are good with hospitality thanks to the staff. Check in and out process was very smooth and they were very helpful. Special thanks to the Front office team.

Nice rooms, comfortable stay The food was very good at dinner. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing . there are many items available in the breakfast. Highly recommended to my family members and friends for stay in Ramada Ajmer.

No activities in hotel if you have children. In and around there is nothing. Everything closed down. No option for food or drink near hotel. The shower water has lot of rust particles and dust

Stay was comfortable during the stay . All staff was supportive and helpful. Rooms were clean and good. Specially thanks to Mr. Bhagwan at reception was very helpful guy. Entire stay was memorable and fullfill with fun. Thank you ramada ajmer .

Front office and security is not bothered to check on the arriving guest. Al hotels do not have valet parking, however security should guide guests where to park the vehicle. I had to look out for the security guard to ask where to park the vehicle. Also at the reception desk, had to wait for more than 10 minute while the desk executive was busy handling calls and lone customer, i had to ask him to call duty manager for help. Food was good and special compliments to the chef. Morning breakfast was good, however the cutlery was unclean, on asking the staff to change the cutlery it took good time to find a clean set which means thar issue is persistent.

The location is very nice. Well maintained property with good food and good service the rooms are cozy and clean. Overall good for business travellers breakfast spread could improve a little will recommended
