It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

One of the best health and relaxation resorts. All the employees there are outstanding and have the highest level of experience, care and love. As soon as you arrive at the resort, we undergo the necessary examinations by Dr. Yasmine and nutritionist Juman to develop the appropriate program for you and prepare the schedule that suits your needs and health. The food was healthy and at the same time very delicious. It was one of the most beautiful 5 days I spent. I learned how to live healthy and happy from the inside. Thank you to all the staff for their kind treatment and their concern that the program is suitable for me psychologically and physically. I advise everyone to go and learn how to live with inner peace and healthy life style that you enjoy it. I felt at home and in my country because of the treatment of love and care that employees spread. Thank you and for sure I will be going back to refresh my soul. ZOYA is the best

Overrated would be an understatement. Ironically, the experience was very stressful. I was disappointed the moment I walked in, the resort is not what it looks like on social media, it looks cheap honestly. The prices are not clear, each staff is giving me a different price, a lot of misunderstanding, medical close at 5PM, and they’re understaffed. Our scheduled IV drip session was canceled because “the doctor is on her leave” and another staff said “no one informed me to order the drips”. They advised us to book a physiotherapy consultation in advance and choose the treatment plan afterwards. After the consultation, all the treatments were “fully booked” but actually it’s only one therapist doing everything. TV was not working, room was very dusty, the same boring limited menu everyday, the bed was uncomfortable we woke up with excruciating back pain everyday, the AC fan was too high we couldn’t sleep without covering our heads.

Great get away , i stayed there for 2 weeks , very helpful team , very friendly doctors , and amazing level of cleanliness especially irosha she’s the best 👍 The juice bar is good also , food is very clean and healthy and yummy 😋,everything was fine I highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been at Zoya for the first time after i have read about it in the Internet. I did look for a place where i can try physiotherapie to reduce my disc prolapse pain in a peaceful atmosphere. After 7 nights i can say that, thanks to Dr. Ahmed, head of Physiotherapie and Physiotherapist Mia, who gave me the neccessary and very professional treatment, my situation did improve. I did also get good recommandations what do when i am back home, and i did alreday follow their advises. Also the fact that i was able to 100% focus on myself, as no shopping malls etc. are in walking distance, at least not with temperatures at +40 dregrees, did help a lot not to be distracted from my final goal. Pure relaxation, good and healthy food, physio treatment, good sleep, and very friendly, attentive staff. Perfect. I will definitly come back, even without suffering from back pain, and will probably also try to enjoy the swimming pool which looks very inviting with even a lifeguard on duty all day.

Staying at Zoya is one of the best things I've done for myself for a long time. Everyone from the reception, the security, the restaurant, the housekeeping, and the spa attendants are so accommodating and sweet. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is organized and full of activities. I did the ozone sauna, hydrafacial, yoga / meditation sessions, vacuumed, and enjoyed the facilities immensely. The food is also remarkable, thoughtful and clean. I feel like a newborn baby after. Special thanks to Klarice, Carwin, Irene, and Carol for the excellent service. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely great stay! Very kind and polite staff at Zoya wellness hotel, very peaceful place to stay and clear ur mind, fantastic healthy food, very clean place! All the treatments were amazing including oxygen therapy, waterbed, very professional massage and consultation with nutritionist! Cleaner Chithra made my day yesterday with panda made from towels and good night message from leaves!:)
