Friendly and very peaceful place. The suites are very nice and large. The bathrooms are nice. Excellent privacy on every villa. Nice pool for small kids. Is not too deep. Nice villa for 3 adults and 1 kid. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate rooms. 1 king size and 2 twin beds. Nice kitchenette. Nice dining room. It also has a big chimney on the living room area.

I really wanted to like this hotel based on the reviews. However, the hotel is well past its prime in terms of quality, amenities, and facilities. It is an architectural wonder but sorely in need of maintenance and modernization. All the fireplaces were out of service and January in Ajijic can be (and was) very cold. The apartment we had was very dark, no sunlight entered at all. The window and door frames were just barely functional, some were not thus we could not open a window or door to let in the afternoon warmth. There were a few nice restaurants in the immediate area but for the most part the hotel is quite far from Centro.

Un Gran lugar para descansar y relajarse, con mucha Diversión Y comodidad, las instalaciones son Muy cómodas y mezclan la tradición con la comodidad de la modernidad, el descanso es espectacular, pues el mobiliario es Nuevo y los Colchones invitan al descanso perfecto, el personal irradia sonrisas y una muy buena actitud de excelencia en el Servicio, la pasamos muy bien.

Es un lugar que mis papás me llevaron hace muchos años. Está vez quise estar hay con mi esposo y mis hijos. Cumplió mis necesidades, descansamos, la villa muy amplia (219) limpio, rodeada de jardines, cerca de la alberca, cerca del restaurante. Tuvimos un detalle y lo solucionaron rapidísimo. Nos encantó y creo que vamos a regresar. El agua de la alberca es templada y ahora para el calor súper bien. LO RECOMENDAMOS 😊👍 pronto nos vemos de nuevo.

An very relaxing spot in middle of the nature away from the mediocre places with people that want noise over peace. The - only bad thing is they use to listen very loud music while you’re relaxing by the pool. Please educate the personal to respect the hotel concept.

I had two different experiences in this hotel. I had been there twice before. Every time has been nice. The place is lovely, calm and clean and the staff is great. It is perfect for relax since it is quiet and the villas have almost all of them a big size. However, this time I got a Villa, the 215, with 3 double bedrooms but one of those three is too small to be a double.

Excelente, desde que conozco las instalaciones 1987 siempre ha sido un lugar tranquilo para convivir en familia o pareja y descansar. Sus instalaciones con un aire tradicional de las haciendas mexicanas.

Las camas y almohadas están muy agusto, la cocineta muy amplia, sala con tv y chimenea bonitas Nos tocó en una villa Master, muy amplia y recomendada para ir con familia, los juegos están muy desgastados, ojalá les puedan dar mantenimiento

Muy bonito el hotel, el desayuno y el personal en general es muy agradable. Sin embargo, no recomiendo hospedarse en temporada de calor en habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, es un infierno. Por todo lo demás está super bien equipadas las habitaciones, la suite es ideal para familias numerosas. Parecen casas, la cocina es fantástica y cuenta con todo para pasar un buen rato.
