Management needs to be changed urgently: by dint of cutting costs, management is drastically reducing the quality of service: -Reception: understaffed, so very very very long waiting times After the check-in queue:The suite reserved was not ready (not yet cleaned), so we had to wait another 4 hours!!!so there probably weren't enough staff to clean all the suites that day. -Meals: no variation in fruit. Still a lot of waiting, with fish sometimes out of stock, with only one person to prepare it: so savings on fish and more savings on staff... - Reception never answers the phone. - The cleaning service didn't come for several days despite repeated requests. We had to go back to the reception desk for the umpteenth time and get annoyed because there wasn't even any toilet paper in the suite. We're talking about a 5-star hotel! -All the cafés/bars offer only packaged juices (of poor quality to boot) and no fresh juices (this is Morocco, land of fruit). Several products missing to prepare orders = Mojitos without mint, Cocktails on the menu, the barman prepares it without all the ingredients or changes the recipe). Lack of staff to prepare orders (cost reduction), so delays+++. - Dining benches, chairs, small tables next to translates are NEVER cleaned, so are all extremely dirty! - Plastic plates and glasses: unheard of in a 5-star hotel! Bottom line: a vacation spent queuing up to check in, waiting for the suite to be cleaned, waiting for “pseudo cocktails” with poor-quality ingredients, waiting for meals, eating on dirty trays... repeatedly going to reception to ask for the cleaning and toilet paper service... all to cut costs... it's sad and deplorable for a 5-star establishment....the quality of the service provided is extremely low... Management and mentality urgently need to change before the hotel sinks!
