We booked a reservation for a Friday night, and had email confirmation. Upon arrival, there is a number to call--we sat in the front and called/texted over a 45 minute period from two different phone numbers. Nobody ever answered the phone, nor texted back. We wound up having to get a hotel room at a nearby hotel at 10:00 at night. We called again the next morning, no response. Sent an email, no response. I finally got ahold of someone the next week and was told we'd be refunded. It's been a week, and the refund has not been done. We cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Absolutely do not recommend--we paid $120 to stay here, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to let us in, and wound up paying another $200 for the nearby hotel. Very poor business model!
