Can’t say enough about this place! This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying here. Only place we will stay when in Joplin. You can hear a little of the road traffic but not enough traffic to keep you up at night. And you don’t have any noise from other rooms or people just walking past your door. Such a cute place. Big fluffy pillows and plenty of them. Not too hard to sleep on at all. Big fluffy comforter. We love it here. Last Motor Inn in Joplin

Do not go to Westport cottages the pricing my seem tempting but the service is sub par. Poor manager who doesn’t understand the importance of communicating when there is problem. She justify it and think it ok. I stayed there had issues with Wi-Fi and no television. I communicated the issue she responded that she would try to reset the it. But never followed up again. There is no one at the site it’s all done via text. But only if the text is important enough to will she respond back. I hope the owners get the opportunity to read this. I was a repeat client and had referred people before. After this experience I will never return and I visit Joplin monthly.

We booked a reservation for a Friday night, and had email confirmation. Upon arrival, there is a number to call--we sat in the front and called/texted over a 45 minute period from two different phone numbers. Nobody ever answered the phone, nor texted back. We wound up having to get a hotel room at a nearby hotel at 10:00 at night. We called again the next morning, no response. Sent an email, no response. I finally got ahold of someone the next week and was told we'd be refunded. It's been a week, and the refund has not been done. We cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Absolutely do not recommend--we paid $120 to stay here, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to let us in, and wound up paying another $200 for the nearby hotel. Very poor business model!

This nice little cottages don't look like much from the outside but once I arrived in room I was very surprised by how comfortable I was. Friendly easy going staff, I communicated with by email- and Was given a door code to be able to get into my room. Had a hot shower and was able to watch Tv before I ventured out to Joplin. The hotel was very quiet, and very clean- Great place to stay! Than you Westport Inn and Staff for having me!
