Still our favorite clean hotel in Aiken. We stayed Thursday night before Hurricane Helene hit… lost power at 4AM… not a typical hotel stay. Left early morning to check our home nearby (we were planning to move that day); walking down unlit stairwell, came back and checked out of hotel taking bags one flight down same unlit stairwell… came back Sunday AM After hotel got power… but was already full of first responders and insurance folks… too bad… still would go here if I came back to Aiken

amazing hotel. The entire staff is beyond freiendly and very accommodating. There was a rowdy group (having fun) late at night for a sporting event. My hubby witnessed the young man enter the lobby to ask them to lower their voices, as I am sure there were complaints to the desk. He was polite but the group was vey rude to him. The next morning, I heard from the breakfast area a dispute between some guests and the front desk regarding the guest dryer. The front desk was going to allow someone to use the buildings dryers for their clohes, but was asking if it would be okay to do later in the day. im not sure what happened with that, but I wanted to speak up because I do not think it fair to call the staff rude or mean when they are trying to do their best to help. I did reach out to the manager and let her know, that her staff was not at fault for anything. She was very nice as well and was happy to get my phone call regarding this. Samm, Aaron, Deena (im so sorry, i didn't get the spelling of her name) Ben and Autumn are all fantastic! I also had a great experience with their housekeepers. We will be back!

Hotel and staff, PERFECTION. You will see in the reviews, some psycho "Karen" named Amanda. This woman has never heard the words: Shut The ..Up!! Til yesterday. Her bad decisions started years ago with a punk husband and that 2 piece she wore

There is literally cameras on the ceiling and they werent even hiding it and we also had to put the card in something just so the light can turn on every thung was good until i saw the 2 cameras 1 on each side i watched them as it watched me they cant hide

All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and your stay a very memorable one! Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious! Breakfast is very filling with different hot items daily.

Economical price for a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit, etc... and plenty of hot coffee. Great place to stay and not far from the site of the battle of aiken. If you have never seen a civil war reenactment, this was a pretty good one. No tactics to see, but plenty of movement and gunfire and horses riding around and booths of period stuff to look at and maybe buy. The room is comparable to higher priced places and great for our visit. Enjoyed the time in Aiken and there is plenty to see here.

Stayed for 3 nights. Pros: Room was quiet, which was much needed. There was a lovely young lady in training who went above and beyond to provide me a much needed toiletry in the later evening - thank you!! Cons: lack of hot water on multiple occasions. Staff is aware of this issue and know how to reset the boiler, but why is this even happening in a hotel?! Phone in room had static when calling front desk so had to call from cell phone (to notify about the hot water her again). Manager who was doing the training was not particularly friendly - she seemed either tired or under the weather. It felt like a burden to check in and then later to make any request when she was present. And finally, the breakfast was just ok. The area has no proper flow - which one may have trouble navigating before coffee. And the food is nothing to leave a great impression. We will choose somewhere else to stay next time in Aiken.

Clean, comfortable, quiet at an affordable price. Too early in the season to use the pool but the Fitness center was great for taking the edge off a long drive. Great breakfast choices. Will stay there again on the next trip to Aiken.

Friendly service, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, I will stay here again! Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was started but they had hot coffee and warm cinnamon rolls out so we enjoyed those before hitting the road
