My room was filthy and only half cleaned. I requested a second room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, toilet was dirty. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning myself

I stayed here for one night and didn’t even check into the hotel until 1030pm since my flight was delayed and left by 8am the next morning. The hotel is undergoing renovations, the room was dirty, and the water in the shower/sink didn’t drain. But honestly I didn’t care by the time I got to the room because I just needed somewhere to sleep after being in an airport for over 12 hours. BUT I was checking my credit card statement and saw that they charged me $150 extra. When I called and asked what that was for they told me a smoking fee. I was shocked since I don’t smoke and I was in the room less than 10 hours. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and kept saying “we have proof”. Okay, what proof?! I asked them to provide it and they said they would have the general manager call me. I have reached out over 3 times in the last two weeks and have heard nothing back. I’m just disputing the charge on my credit card at this point. I would not recommend staying here at all. And make sure if you do you’re checking for extra fees!!

Checked in early Friday afternoon. Had to search for desk clerk sitting in the corner behind the front desk in a recliner-type chair. She did not rise to greet us just said, "Can I help you?" Not at all friendly. Rolled her chair over to the key-card maker, made us a key-card, told us the room number....bam! We we "GUESTS". The hotel itself was a mess. The room just as bad. Dusty and fingerprints everywhere, bathroom moldy, mirrors dirty, toilet and floor dirty (urine spots on toilet seat and floor, worn out and stained linen, sheets on bed polyester and thin. Read about bed bugs in reviews, but that's the risk of any sub-standard hotel. Breakfast next morning..... out of sausage, eggs and coffee. Went back to front desk. Was told the "housekeeper" would be in soon to replenish - again, she did not move from her reclined position in her chair. I was later told the hotel was under renovations and was changing it's name. "Choice Hotels" had rescinded their franchise. I wonder why?

Sleep Inn. We had 4 rooms and not one clean. Carpets in rooms and hallways were gross. Full of stains, worn out, lots of debris. We didn't walk on the carpet in bare feet. Amenities HA! Travel size shampoo, lotion and hand sanitizer (half used). Nightstands and counters not cleaned, greasy/sticky. I wiped down entire room. Mold in shower. Most of shower door had dirty soap scum. Small hard towels (did not have clean towels available for a few hours). Beds were hard, pillows flat. Construction/remodeling noise from upper floor and outside window. (Never advised about this) Ice machines broken on 2 floors, only available on 1st floor. Breakfast items old, hot items sitting out for hours, not fresh. Small lobby, small pool. 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in after 40 years of traveling all over the world. This hotel should be torn down, closed to public until all health and cleanliness issues are resolved.

The 'hotel' is in the process of changing names due to being kicked out of the "Choice Hotels" brand. Painting the outside and inside is a plus. Unfortunately, keeping the same unprofessional employees and not 'upgrading' service and amenities. Rude, unprofessional and lacking in personal hygiene and dress. I, personally, like to sleep in a bed where the sheets have actually been changed after the previous guest checked out! Bedbugs are not a plus. If the price suits your budget, fine. I expect better.

This place remains a "Disaster Zone" typically, Sleep Inn is consistent in all facts. Here, perusing the reviews, it has been under renovations for a few years. Sadly, these renovations are not sanctioned/ signed off by any city inspector. The balcony, which typically open into the ;lobby, is sealed off, although the dry wall needs to be finished and painted. with the lobby was a large ~6ft., high pallet of "bathroom tissue"?? The door to my room needed serious effort to open and close. There was no "hot" water in my room, ugh! the shower stall was changed out from the oval style to a mis-matched rectangular one. the bathroom tile was cut around and poorly fitted to the door jam, leaving a led pencil's with gap at the base. Lastly, the business office computer was down, and has been for some time. Oh my, this operator is way out of their league with this operation. Do yourself a favor, PASS THIS BY!! I will and not even waive to its existence.

Had to go to front desk to get enough towels even on our first night. The inner parts of my hair dryer were missing so it didnt work and even the ground fault interrupter by the sink was missed up. We had to leave early on our check out day by 10:10 and I accidentally left my pillow (my pillow brand). I realized this before we left town and went back to the hotel. The desk lady looked everywhere and the pillow couldn’t be found. I called back several times and they said it was found but refused to send it to me at their cost! Manager was very unhelpful and downright rude!

The most disgusting excuse for a 'hotel' ever. The outside was as dirty as the inside. AC and TV out. Fridge did not cool. Shower not clean and molded. Carpet not vacuumed. All surfaces dirty and greasy. Mirrors dirty. Bathroom floor disgusting. Hallways have not been vacuumed....

Just fine for our 1 night stay!
