Bad customer service
I’m a bus driver and just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours so when I knew I was an hour away, I pulled over and booked the hotel online then when I got there, the guy at the front desk really gave me a hard time checking in, saying I couldn’t check in because it was 6am and check in wasn’t until 3pm even though my booking was for the day before and then he said I couldn’t check in because check out was 11am and I said I knew and understand but I had just made the booking an hour earlier then eventually he gave me a room key and originally was gonna ask for a late check out just by an extra hour but after all that trouble, I just took my 4 hours of sleep. I also got up 30 minutes early to dip my feet in the pool and still have time to shower before leaving but the pool was closed until who knows when, I left at 11 and it was still closed so don’t expect to swim before noon atleast. Other than that the room was good, especially for the price. No complaints about the room itself just about the customer service.
