Unless you like meth heads flipping out in the parking lot and vehicles with flat tires and broken windows or maybe even homeless people sleeping in the main lobby, go somewhere else. I visited the bad smelling room after check in, went back to the parking to witness this third-world wonder, then went immediately back in to return the keys. Do not take your children here.

The staff is awesome. The manager made me feel like I was a good friend. The housekeeping staff is first rate. I consider Darious a good friend. The best employee in the hotel if you want a good peaceful place to stay go there. Lots of restaurants and stores close by.

The manager overbooked the hotel and canceled our family's reservation. He refused to explain or to show his face. Our kids had nowhere to sleep. Reserve this hotel if you like but don't expect them to honor your reservation.

Made a reservation but the manager (DAVID FORT) apparently overbooked so he canceled my reservation without any explanation or apology. I reached out to see why he canceled the reservation - phone calls and emails - but he refused to respond. Zero communication from the manager. If you make a reservation here, do not trust that management will keep it. They overbook rooms and you will be left without a place to stay.

This place is horrible, don't stay here. It is very dirty and even though they say they don't allow pets, the first room I was assigned smelled of animal poo an urine. The carpet was stained and saturated with it. I went back downstairs and told them refused to stay in that room. They gave me another room it was not as bad smelling but still very dirty. Don't bother staying, go somewhere else.

Il a fallu visité trois chambres pour en prendre une qui sentait pas trop fort le parfum. Le personnel est tres courtois et aidant, mais la propreté de la chambre était moyenne. Il y avait 3 distributeurs de Purell, ils étaient tous vides. Il y avait un autocollant sur le plancher de la salle de bain, faut croire que le menage a été vite fait. Les meubles avaient besoin de reparation ou remplacement. Il y avait meme un (stink bug) au plafond, on a demander de venir le chercher. Les coins de la salle de bain étaient jaunâtres. Le fait que la chambre était non cancellable aurait du m’allumer, jamais j’ai reserver une chambre qui n’était pas non cancellable. La veille nous avons coucher au Quality Inn Harrisonburg et c’était super, peut être que le Sleep Inn aurait a apprendre.
