"We stayed in RV1 apartment in the Challet below the main hotel for 10 days in August. What a beautiful 2 bed apartment. Super comfortable beds. Stunning bathroom and kitchen all finished to a very high standard + parking space outside. Housekeeping kept it beautifully clean and organised for us every day. Buffet breakfast every morning was top notch. Great coffee and fresh breads and croissants etc. The staff are lovely in this family run hotel. The restaurant is also excellent and we had 4 great dinners there. I highly recommend. We rebooked the same room for our Christmas visit as we checked out, which is a testimony to how wonderful this hotel is!"

"Hotel in the centre of Aigle. Welcome to the hotel. Spacious room but dated with shower with tent! They should be renovated. Breakfast with little choice. Parking is not too close. No staff at the reception at night. In general, the vote is negative."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the construction scaffolding outside the building. I was nervous and began to worry about the noise during my stay. Fortunately, the construction did not cause any impact on us. They just repaired the roof. The hotel and Ctrip gave us a room on a very quiet floor. The hotel's services and facilities are very good. Everything is just right. It is a hotel that makes people feel relaxed."

"Very disappointing. 4 of us arrived on the terrace to have coffee and eat something sweet. The waiter came with the cards leaving the table dirty. We asked to clean it. My husband got crumbs on him!!! Then we waited 10 minutes... during this time the waiter went to serve other people who had arrived after us. Tired we left. We passed the waiter who turned his head. It's the 1st of the year and not even a kind word. What's more, the service is below par for a palace. What's going on here????"

"Our group recently spent eight wonderful days at the Chalet RoyAlp for a business retreat, we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, Mohammed and Julian made us feel welcome. They were friendly, informative and always eager to help. The front desk team, including Edouardo, was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, and patient with our many questions. It was especially helpful that the staff spoke English, making communication easy throughout our stay. Meals at the Chalet were all delicious. Axel and his team did a great job and kuddos to the chef. A special thank you goes to Steve and the Events team. They provided exceptional service handling all of our preconference details and adjusted well when we made changes. If we are in the area again, we will return."
