Services are very poor, i reached in night, no service employee was available, he said that employee will be available in the morning, i exit in morning he refused to serve tea said that kitchen will start from 7 o clock

Although i was there only for about half a day, my stay was pleasant indeed. The room was spacious, neat and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They ensured that my requirements were met promptly. The washroom was neat and clean but the fixtures need to be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Its terrible to stay hotel like this. They provide me a deluxe room for the charges more with a window ac noising like a generator and a bathroom without the facility to lock from inside. By paying an additional charges of rs. 236- they provide me a room with a split ac which is controlled by reception and shut down at the midnight by them. The room is too old and all the facilities of toilet and bathroom are at deadly poor condition.

The food was bad. The room condition was like terrible. I just shared that there was water leakage in the bathroom. Rooms were very dirty. Service was xtremely slow.

Room was not cleaned at all. Staff has no idea what things they are serving expired long back they had no clue. After informing tham also they are clear we have those expired items only.

Hotel is very low catagory, worst condition of bathroom & bed also, no basic amenities i.e. water bottle, tea etc. no intercom
