Overall good experience, staff was cooperative and food was also good. Breakfast was included and that was delicious.

The Room was not up to the mark. I could see tiny cockroaches roaming around. The sight of the pest 🪳 appalled me. It was quite evident that the authorities did not get the Pest Control 🛂 for quite some time. The curtains were broken and the Shower Gel was empty. Had to call the Reception twice before they could send across the person to provide solutions. However the food provided was tasty and good. The Breakfast Buffet was good. However I thought that the Lunch or the Dinner Buffet was slightly priced on the higher end vis a vis the prices.

The bed was making noice, never felt like am staying in a 3 star hotel. Will never ever visit not ever recommend to anyone.

Ok location, near hospital sterling. Food is good, dinner bufe rs 450 and overall hotel stay is ok with amenities. The hotel has gone across renovation few months back
