The location of the hotel is good; The cleanliness is poor.
However, there are pests (cockroaches) in the room;
The day after I arrived, when the attendant cleaned the room, there was a cockroach under the bed.
The day I left, another cockroach was in the shower room.

Bathroom shower are not working well. Bed sheet looks dirty at one corner all floor rooms are not equiv-ally clean. Or maintene food cost is high as per hotel std.

The hotel staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Hotel staff is not proper trained, less educated staff, breakfast is ok, location is ok, food is expensive in hotel. 2 star for this hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Cloud is costliest hotel, water charges 40 rs per bottle, juice 150 rs. Reception staff must learn how to behave in such costliest hotels. Restaurant staff excellent there was no drinking water bottle or jar in the room, i asked then they charged that
