The overall experience is that although the hotel facilities are old, they should not be careless and tidy. I hope more attention can be paid to the cleanliness and the smell of the room. Please note that if the tower itself is dirty or old due to too many uses, please replace it.

My stay at fairfield mariott, ahemdabad was not so satisfactory. I had booked this hotel only under the impression that it is run by mariott but to my shock, there is not a single thing that gives such an impression. Neither the staff has the courtesy to ascort the guests to their rooms nor the prep of the room is upto the mark. Rooms are poorly maintained as if this hotel does not run well and there is hardly any occupancy. I had to check out in the morning but no staff member had even the courtesy to ask to take our luggage outside. I wonder would they do the same if an alone lady or elderly people come here to stay.

Chandrasekar did a great job and his service was too good and we really enjoyed it, he was helping us without hesitation whenever we need he is there to help and I thank him and the other hotel staffs for making our stay so much better. Thank youu
