The hotel room was very terrible, the bedsheet and pillow cover was dirty. We requested the hotel manager to change but he was very rude and didn't wanted to change. Even though we paid for the ac room, there was no ac remote. We were told that service boy will come and adjust the ac temperature, because they cannot hand over the remote to the guest. They bathroom and towels were also very dirty. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel with family members. My stay was still 19th jun e but i checked out on 18th, as it unbearable to stay. The hotel staff are not at supportive and very rude in behaviour

Staff behaviour was not good at start. For instance, i booked room for 3 guests but he was arguing with us and telling that we booked only for 2 guests. I showed him my reciept still he kept arguing. He called his colleagues and the it was sorted. Wasted our 10-15 mins there.

Every 2-3 hours they used to turnoff the main switch of air condition from the main contact and we have to go and remind them. No proper bedding, no proper water services, neither the geyser was working, it was a complete waste of money for me
