Las condiciones del hotel son excelentes, el servicio, la atención, la ubicación, la piscina está en excelentes condiciones y la comida muy rica. Solo los blancos (almohadas, colchas y sábanas) siento que si son algo incómodas.

Es un hotel que a pesar de los años ha conservado unos jardines bonitos, una piscina agradable, aunque los camastros son bastante viejos, al igual que el mobiliario de las habitaciones, no cuenta con suficientes enchufes, debes desconectar las lámparas para poder cargar tus dispositivos. Sirven un buffet para el desayuno muy rico y variado, el único inconveniente es que se termina pronto y tardan mucho en reponer los alimentos. El personal es atento y amable, aunque en el restaurant les falta mucho capacitación para el servicio. Hice mi reserva de 2 habitaciones con meses de anticipación y solicité que estuvieran juntas, lo cual no pudo cumplir el hotel. En general la pasamos bien.

Really a bad surprise, we have been clients and this time the service, the rooms and the details are awful. there were no handicaped or senior citizens rooms, the sink was leaking, there were the must dangerous dark in the parking lot. The restaurant looks old and nasty. The girl in the front desk was nothing but kind. We never get to this hotel again. What a Shame!!

Fuimos en Feria a Aguascalientes, carisimo el hotel y aunque pedimos de las habitaciones "remodeladas" tienen muchas cosas descuidadas como la alfombra está horrible, no cerraba la puerta del balcón, entra luz por los lados de las cortinas. No hay más q una entrada y subida a las habitaciones. Teníamos que recorrer casi todo el hotel, por el pasillo de los cuartos, no hay elevador para subir las maletas.... en fin....

Hotel que se encuentra en la parte norte de la ciudad, bastante bien ubicado, un centro comercial muy grande enfrente. El internet wifi con buena señal en todas las instalaciones. La habitación doble era de tamaño medio de muy buena higiene, ordenada, conteniedo amenidades y servicios (cafetera, plancha, secadora, etc.) de muy buena calidad; todo funcionando adecuado, las 2 camas matrimoniales muy cómodas, ideal descanso. Nos proporcionaron toallas para habitación y también para uso en la alberca, que estaba de agradable temperatura. Tiene servicio de restaurante a la habitación, los alimentos excelente relación en calidad-precio, sazón muy sabrosos. La atención del personal en recepción muy cordial, te explican a detalle los servicios. Cuentan también con amplio estacionamiento, al igual que las áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas; gimnasio, jacuzzi familiar, juegos para niños, todo lo disfrutamos. El único detalle es el cobro de las canchas de tenis, que para huéspedes debería ser gratuito por el número de noches que estuvimos ahí, como un plus.

Desde que llegamos nos atendieron de una manera muy amable, el servicio es realmente bueno. Es un hotel muy acogedor que siempre es nuestro lugar numero uno en donde hospedarnos cuando visitamos la cuidad por la ubicación el definitivamente el muy buen trato.
