Jardines extraordinarios, habitaciones muy amplias, agua caliente inmediata, WiFi de buena velocidad, alfombras muy sucias, aroma a cigarro de hace 20 años en lobby y recámaras, colchones rechinantes.

We had to change rooms twice. One room the ceiling was falling onto our bed. Second the AC was emitting smoke and fumes. The tub in the 3 rooms was nasty with mold. Such a beautiful property but the rooms need to be remodeled asap.

Hotel has not been updated in more than a few years. The room had paint chipped all over, the curtains were ragged, the carpet was stained and filthy, the towels were frayed, the tub was peeling all over. The first day I stayed there, there was no system to issue a key card (had to be escorted by bell boy), the next morning I found out there was no hot water, so had to shower with cold water. That same day I noticed that the phone was not working, so it was impossible to request room service. At night I couldn't turn on or of the bedside lamp, the only option was to connect and disconnect it. I really expected much more from what should be a 4 star hotel, belonging to the prestigious Camino Real group. Never again!

Este hotel antes era una chulada y ahora existen mejores hoteles de carretera que tienen mejor servicio, calidad de alimentos y amenidade. Todo el cuarto estaba lleno de moscos y insectos. Los tapetes llenos de manchas y las sábanas iguales. La tina tenía más pelos que el suelo de una peluquería y el agua sale a gotas y la temperatura tibia. En general no volvería a llegar aquí ya que los 2,600 pesos que cuesta no valen la pena y debería de costar 260.00 pesos

El cuarto se siente sucio con esa alfombra, hay un espejo frente a la cama el cual debería eliminarse, los contactos en mal estado, falta ofrecer servicio de frigobar no nos sentimos nada cómodos con la decoración del cuarto. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones en jardineras, fuentes, gimnasio deja mucho que desear. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarnos en un Quinta Real.

La relación precio-calidad de los alimentos esta desequilibrada, pedimos el platillo chemita y no recuerdo el nombre del corte a la ceniza algo así era la preparación dejando mucho a desear, me ofrecieron unos panecillos que estaban muy duros, las salsas que brindaron con unos totopos muy frías, los sabores de los alimentos nos dejaron mucho a desear, esperábamos un platillo más rico, la presentación de los alimentos me refiero de forma visual fue aceptable. En cuestión de nuestra habitación, todo fue aceptable, solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la limpieza de los jacuzzi, y más iluminación en la habitación, ya que son luces muy tenues.
