We stayed for one night during our tour of Peru. The hotel is ideally situated, and the rooms are very good The downsides are that the train runs on one side of the hotel and the river (which sounds continuously like a bathroom fan) on the other. However, to be fair to the hotel, they do show pictures of both in their advert. The breakfast was also disappointing in terms of choice and quality. We would stay here again as it is literally a 2 minute walk from the station and the town centre

Perfect location - steps from the train entrance and bus stop. Rooms are a lot larger than an average USA room. Nice spa bath tub and separate shower. Fast hot water. Modern design. King bed is comfortable and good linens. Good quality towels. Shampoo and conditioner and shower crap provided. Bubbles for bath provided. Even have matches and candles for the tub. Our room was facing the mountain- nice view. Windows by tub and in the shower- open up, but they ask you don't open the tub window. Mini fridge with products to purchase. Our room came with 2 free bottles of water. One odd thing - don't see any HVAC system but the room was always temperate. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good - few juices, lots of fruit - melon, watermelon, pineapple, strawberry, eggs and bacon were good. Nice view of river, mountain while you eat. Spa 2 levels below - after we checked out and came back from Machu, we paid 30sol each to use the shower in the spa. They provide a towel, robe, shampoo and body wash. Refreshing.

This hotel has an excellet location, great views, exquisite breakfast and luxury rooms!! When we arrived, they recieved us with some sweet tricks, the beds and pillows were super confortables and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi inside!! We had a great sleep, and definetely would come back!

La pieza e instalaciones buenas, el ruido del rio al lado una experiencia para dormir bien. Mi mala experiencia fue con el personal de recepción los que no sabian responder a ninguna de nuestras preguntas, le preguntamos si era posible subir a pie y dijeron que solo en bus (hay una ruta de trekking super marcada), pedimos agua a la pieza qye era de regalo cosa que nunca llego, la respuesta al dia siguiente fue que no pudieron mandarla. Personal poco amable y con pocas ganas de resolver nuestras dudas, lo que opaco la rica experiencia del lugar y la pieza.

Excelente atención de todo el personal y las habitaciones impecable todos los servicios que contratamos estaban, también cuando hicimos check Out pero teníamos más horas en el valle sagrado pudimos dejar nuestras pertenencias hasta la hora para tomar el tren de regreso

Excelente ubicación, muy serviciales, atentos, amables y un trato excepcional. Muy limpio, seguro, confortable. 100% recomendado! Comida exquisita. Es una excelente opción para conocer el Pueblo de Machu Picchu, previo a ir a conocer Machu Picchu. El personal de recepción es muy amable h atento. El desayuno y la vista del restaurante son maravillosos. Amplias habitaciones y baños, excelente vista al río!

Nice rooms, great location. Beautiful sound from the creek—it lulled us to sleep! Ask for Ruth: she is a marvelous professional who works the desk. She was so helpful to us and so pleasant. Also used the spa for massages: divine! Breakfast is included. Nice restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Hotel excelente!!! Quartos amplos, banheiro ótimo, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O atendimento é espetacular, a recepção Ruth e Carlos, e o café da manhã com Delineado e Tina que são todos maravilhosos. A vontade é ficar muito tempo!

Muy linda ubicación, linda ambientación y excelente shampoo y crema de enjuage. Atención muy educada y atenta, desayuno muy aceptable. Teníamos en la habitación un hidromasaje que estaba sensacional, grande y con temperatura ideal, súper.
