Review - Flower’s House (Águas Calientes) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Minha estadia no Flower’s House foi positiva, com alguns pontos a destacar. O quarto era confortável, o que proporcionou uma boa noite de descanso, mas senti falta de ar condicionado, especialmente após um dia quente. A localização é excelente, bem em frente à estação de trem, o que facilitou muito a chegada. Fiquei feliz ao ser recebido por um funcionário com uma plaquinha assim que desci do trem, um detalhe que fez a diferença na hospitalidade. A equipe foi sempre atenciosa e prestativa, embora tenha sido uma pena que não foi possível receber visitas no quarto. O Wi-Fi, infelizmente, era bastante instável, o que dificultou um pouco o uso da internet. Ainda assim, a proximidade com a estação e o bom atendimento compensaram pequenos inconvenientes. No geral, recomendo o Flower’s House pela conveniência e atendimento cuidadoso. Com algumas melhorias no Wi-Fi e mais flexibilidade para receber visitas, a experiência seria ainda melhor.

Não tem elevador! Muito ruim subir 4 andares de escada com malas quando não estamos acostumados com a altitude, ainda mais considerando que estávamos com idosos no grupo. O chuveiro não funcionava direito, a pressão variava muito chegando a sair só um fio de água. Fora que ele esquentava e esfriava do nada. O secador funcionou por 1 minuto e depois parou. O quarto que fiquei tinha janelas de frente pros trilhos do trem que funcionou até umas 23:00 e começou umas 5:00, foi impossível dormir enquanto ele ainda estava passando. Fora tudo isso, o quarto era bom e confortável, cafe da manhã bom. Não recomendo.

Flowers House was a very pleasant stay! First, they accommodated us late in the evening after our original hotel messed up our reservation. They found 2 rooms next to each other which worked great for our family. The hotel is basic but very clean. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The breakfast is simple but filling and coffee and tea are available in the lobby all day. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The only negative is the hotel has an open internal staircase and with all tile construction, it can be quite noisy when people are going up and down or hanging out in lobby. Bring some ear plugs for sleeping and all will be fine! All in all this was a great place to stay and met all of our needs. Would definitely recommend!

El hotel está al lado de la estación de trenes por lo que se oyen bastante bien. Utilizamos una habitación doble y una individual. La individual solo tenía una ventana hacia el interior del edificio (las escaleras) Baño pequeño y muy incómodo con el lavabo fuera del mismo. En general la habitación pequeña y muy usada...la limpieza un poco pobre con toallas igualmente con su uso. La televisión no se veía y preferí no avisar... La habitación doble con el inodoro atascado y al comentarlo nos dieron un desatascador para que lo hiciéramos nosotros. El desayuno bastante cortito y sin mucha calidad. El atendimiento muy justito...se les oía más hablar entre ellos desde la habitación, ya que se reunían en la planta baja, junto a la escalera donde habían mesas del pequeño comedor.

Nice room, excellent service friendly staff, clean but be aware the hotel is across from the train station and can be a little noise during arrival and departure times. Other than that no complaints and recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, facility was clean, customer friendly, made to order breakfast at 4:30 AM before we go to Machu Picchu. I will recommend this hotel.

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en general, debido a la contingencia del momento y el receso al turismo me parece que éramos los únicos huéspedes en el hotel por lo que la atención fue mucho más personalizada. La recepcionista muy simpática, amable y proactiva. El desayuno es muy bueno. Nos toco una habitación con vista hacia la estación de tren por lo que había harto ruido de la estación, lo cual a nosotros no nos molestó específicamente pero para otras personas puede ser un factor a considerar. El único pero es que el wifi no funcionaba muy bien y tuvimos unos problemas con el agua caliente, aun así la persona que nos recibió trató de solucionarlos dentro de lo posible. Lo recomendaría a mis conocidos ya que precio/calidad es bueno.

Hotel clean. Staff friendly enough. Plus point- near to the train station-convenient. Down point - near to the train station-noisy. Sadly I also had selfish, noisy people staying and was due to get up at 5am to go up to Machu Picchu. I’m glad it was only a one night stay.

Atendimento ruim, pessoas com má vontade para atender. Camas ok, mas banheiro extremamente pequeno, e sem água quente ! Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções .. a pessoa que fez o café preparou os ovos e foi deitar no sofá da recepção. Não voltaria e não indico !
