Curtains are too dirty and seating was smelling & temporary fixed. Overall cannot be said as 4 star hotel....location too is quite bad. Staff was helpful. Senior staff should be proactive to check on room cleanliness hotel cannot depend on housekeeping staff.

hi foxeso hotel, Agra...it was a pleasure staying in your place..the location , the food , the staff all were exceptionally warm..special mention of Mr Ahmad at the desk who greeted us in the morning and also Mr shyam babu who welcomed us at night before and even helped us with the transport to The Taj mahal for a sunrise view. shout out to the chef , the staff at the restaurant..Mr.Harish, Mr sonu and ofcourse the gentle divyansh..food was just superrbbb...
in all a wonderful stay..though disappointed with the room..but Mr Ahmad assured us better rooms in next visit....see you again soon...🤗

The washrooms were a bit shabby and TVs were not working in any of the room we were staying in nor was the wifi. Food was good, Rooms were okay, but one of the rooms had a musty smell.
