I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service during breakfast was incredibly slow. I had to ask three times for my coffee. I also requested water, which took 15 minutes to come, and when it did, it was warm, this happened at breakfast two days in a row. I was quite frustrated with their drink ordering system. They didn't have a proper way to track orders; instead, they said we could pay later and just put everything on the room without writing anything down. This led to a lot of confusion and errors amongst multiple people in our groups bills. The worst part was on our final night. My friends and I had a few cocktails, and when we received the bill, we were shocked to see charges for other people’s meals and drinks for the night, people’s beers that weren’t ours and for 13 cocktails and 20 shots of tequila that we never ordered, we arrived to the pool bar at 14:00 and the bill was printed at 14:45. The managers didn’t believe us, and we spent nearly two hours trying to convince them of our innocence. In the end, we were forced to pay for 18 shots and 11 cocktails and they took the food and drinks that were not ours off the bill as a "compromise." The night prior to this, again, they tried to charge us for drinks we didn't have. It was a very disorganized experience for a five star hotel, and I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering staying here. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my visit.
