I am regular traveller and first time i tried this hotel and very dissaponting, very bad smell in rooms, seapage and leakage from roof, lights were not proper, tv connection not available ( recharge pending) for breakfast restaurant area was not clean because of water logging and they served food at room, terrible experience, there are many hotels in this area at this price levels big no. For me in the future for this hotel

I have mistakely booked for child but we are two adult and they charge 500 more. I have check in *** again for two adult tarrif is same what i have paid for 1 adult and child. They take 500 more

I taken twin bed room, this was low ceiling, without fan room, have window ac which were not working properly. Get shampoo only in washroom, they denied to provide iron and buffet breakfast. Only good thing is hotel have good location in business centre of agra, back space for parking. And have very good bar if u want to drink

Room had no fans and on top of that the ac was not working. After frequent requests only they repaired the ac.

Room was small with very old and dirty furniture. They even don’t place a door mat on bathroom door. Pale yellow hot water was coming from tap. It’s completely not worth what they charge. But food was good specially non-veg food.
