Toilet did not work all day. We followed up 4 times and each time we were told maintenance is coming. Maintenance never came until midnight after we went to the front desk. They’ve been fixing it for the last half hour, still in progress at this writing. Had to ask for hand towels. Had to ask for fresh towels. Food handlers not sanitary; no use of tongs.

Best in hotal in Agra and regnable price rooms and food is so good delicious and tasty and serve staff is good and any problem face you so kindly reached staff with in 2 min technical support, engineer service is good Mr Sudhir Kumar nice guy in hotal and he behaviour like friendly

Best experience ,staff was amazing, kuldeep jo,balkrushna ji and khajan singh is very helpful, overall the experience was amazing, i did a birthday party here ,it was amazing staff and live music is also good.well cleaned washroom and rooms

The room is amazing, love the bed and the decor…… love the fakira lounge.. …….spent a very nice time there.. the pizza was good and so was the complimentary drink and the cosmopolitan drink i ordered.. Willl recommend to family and friends….

We have visited Agra and stayed in bhawana Clark inn. The services of very good. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The behaviour of Staff is very good and memorable. Rooms are very good and hygienic. The the meeting room service also superb I want thank Mr Ajay and Ajeet as they given wonderful services
