Stayed to celebrate a birthday, it did not disappoint expectations

Eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Selten hat alles so gepasst wie hier. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und zwar von der Reception über die Kellner bis zum Zimmerpersonal und auch der Hoteldirektor war omnipräsent. Das Zimmer respektive Suite sehr gepflegt, mit einer Kochnische, separate Ankleide und grosszügiges Bad. Die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Mehrmals im Hotel draussen gegessen, das Essen war vorzüglich, auch der eigene Wein. Am Sonntag gibt es Grill beim wunderbaren Pool. Spa, Fitness und Indoorpool sehr gepflegt und auch das Massageangebot ist sehr gut. Für die Autos steht eine grosszügige Garage zur Verfügung. So, jetzt fertig mit dem Lobgesang, überzeugt Euch selbst vor Ort. Wir jedenfalls gehen wieder hin.

It was extremely loud from a big party and it lasted till past 1am, kids couldn’t sleep at all. Also, complained that the shower smelled like a clogged sewer. If you didn’t close the shower door the whole room would smell. Makes you want to gag and throw up as soon as you walk into the shower.

Come sempre abbiamo passato delle giornate splendide al Resort Collina d‘oro! eravamo con la famiglia allargata, tutti si sono sentiti bene, chi per il relax, chi per le le passeggiate nel parco o nei dintorni. Abbiamo anche cenato in Resort e mangiato molto bene (menu per bambini). tutti gentilissimi, servizio impeccabile. Suite bellissima con vista mozzafiato. Non vediamo l‘ora di tornare! alla prossima!!!!!!!!

Our stay at this so-called 5-star hotel was ruined by the disgusting allowance of cigar smoking during breakfast. The dining area was filled with thick smoke, making it impossible to enjoy our meal or even breathe comfortably. To make matters worse, when I complained, the waiter dismissed me and said, “If I work here and have to deal with this daily, so can you.” This level of disregard for guests is shocking and unacceptable. If you value your health, stay far away from this place. This was anything but a luxury experience. We won’t be returning.
