Amazing experience and a very good support from the staff of jaypee Special thanks to Mr. Kaushal and Mr. Chirag from House keeping, very good customer relations with all our wedding guests . The property is full of lush greenery and nicely maintained gardens. The decoration of the main entrance/lobby needs to be acknowledged more .

i went for an anniversary and stayed for a night it was amazing very grand and beautiful property. The rooms were great. The lawns were spacious and the staff eas very accommodating and kind. The stay was overall amazing and i had a lot of fun...

Its been first time been to JP palace. The staff is very good , prompt response and good food. Kids had enjoyed . Special to mention about the staff Pravesh who gave nice service on the break fast table . A good family outing . Will come surely next time

This is one of the Best Hotels I have ever stayed. It really is a Five Star Hotel. It is full of similing employees right from the first class reception to the restaurant staff. Well trained people who seemed to enjoy their jobs. The facilities available are faultless. The decor and ambience excellent and the staff are super. We really loved everything about this hotel...I wish I had stayed a little longer.

Cest Chine The Oriental Restaurant of JP is mind-blowing. The authentic food is scrumptious, the chefs are from Hong Kong and the staff is extremely warm and attentive. The view and decor are appealing. Mr Nishant Mr Sauhard Ms Shravani were extremely attentive to every detail. Very caring staff

We are staying at this amazing grand hotel.it has huge swimming pool and large gardens.The hallways are gorgeous with a lovely smell of jasmine .the room is large with a comfortable bed, fridge, tv and bathroom with lots of toiletries.Breakfast is great .There is a chineese and Indian restaurant.We went to Indian restaurant and the waiter Ayush assisted us with our choice and food was lovely and a lovely young lady served us the food.Ayush also encouraged us to try some Indian delicacies at breakfast including jellies which I now love.Ayush is very professional and good at his job. We will definitely return to this hotel best place in Agra

Very nice and loving people I saw here at jaypee palace agra. This hotel has its own beautiful with its attractive interior and well maintained decoram. I visit open ground poolside lawn for the lunch and the view is really good. At the tea time a girl whose name is priya help me to operate the tea kettle and also clean the room so quickly. We are enjoying our stay.

We checked in yesterday in Jaypee palace Agra for the wedding. The hotel is really have so beauty and loving environment. Each the services and the staff were also so helpfull nature. We loved the food and enjoy the peace . We called Priya for the room cleaning and she really help me with grabbing my stuff and arranging my things. It is so comfortable and good stay.
