It looks like, the staff doesn't pay much attention to customers need Because, 1st I asked for a chair n table to put my riding gears, as they needed to be dried in air before next run, I asked for it 4 times and it didn't happen. 2nd thing, there was no AC remote control and i could set a temperature or on eco mode or a timer while I'll sleep during night, so I had to turn it On and Off twice using switch board during night, I asked for remote as well but no one helped. 3rd, tandoor was not ready but when I ordered tandoori roti they accepted order and then they delivered tawa roti, due to I slept after eating less, on top of that they were charging me for tandoori roti, so i had to argue a little to cut down that price. 4th, room key card was useless, whenever I go out of room, i had to call someone to open it again with key, They did some change to key card, like enabling it for 24 hrs but that didnt work and I had to keep calling someone to open room again n again, also they refuse to handover the key.
Somewhere that raise a security concern because if I leave room for sometime anyone from staff could easily open my room n can steal something because keys were easily available under the desk all the time. 5th, they said that kitchen open at 8am in morning but today I couldn't even get a tea, where they said, kitchen is not open even till 11:30, when I was about to leave These scenarios made my stay worse I need atleast some sort of compensation
