Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Very happy with my stay at Fairfield Marriott. It is ultra clean and the service was stellar. Also, it’s always nice to have 4 complimentary bottles of water in the room, and any additional requests (extra blanket, chai masala, slippers, bathrobe) arrived within a few minutes. I would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best hotel i have ever visited, family atmosphere service level fantastic, friendly enviroment.Food was awesome and delicious. I didn't felt that i was away from my home. Its a home away from home. Hotel staff was cooperative and of friendly nature.

Stay was nice, neat n clean room with power backup, good n prompt room service. They have 2 restaurant one for vegetarians and other one is for non vegetarians with separate kitchens. We had our food at vegetarian restaurant. Buffet breakfast was nice, 1 and 2 varieties can be added in breakfast may be fruits.

I will start by mentioning the pros. 1. The room was spacious and the cupboard provided was large. 2. Considering hot agra weather, the washroom had fan. Now cons. 1. At first the room appeared to be clean but there were so many cockroaches and mosquitoes. There were wrapper bits all over the floor under the bed. 2. The food quality and taste was bad and one could easily say was pricy. The portion sizes on their large thali was also bad. 3. The staff lack professionalism. Within like 30 seconds they would start to press the bell twice. 4. There is a bar opposite the hotel entrance, so its just bad while entering or leaving the hotel. 5. The location of the hotel is not feasible for tourists. 6. The bedsheet provided was torn in the middle. Though they changed it as soon as i mentioned, but why should there be a torn bedsheet in the first place when it is clearly visible.

Transportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes. Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck. Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm. Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel. Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended. The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

Great place - it has a very polished, upmarket feel. Shower was sensational and my bed was comfortable although I did have to flip over the mattress (always a good hack in old hotels). Staff were friendly and breakfast was simple but nice. Location is on a main road a bit away from the Taj area but still fine for Ubers etc. Less impressed with the rooftop restaurant. They were playing blaring loud dance music even though there were only a couple of tables in. And it’s very overpriced - 280 rupees for a bowl of rice.
